the problem is that the ppl who make the television all have deals with specific channels, and those channels have deals with the providers. none of the online sites are willing to deal with this kind of structure, and most are smart enough to realize that everyone who watches shit online already has a site where they watch them for free without ads

yea, but all we have to do is get a third party to 10% of the vote and they wont be bullyable by the other two parties. any party with 10% of the election vote from the previous election gets a ton of federal funding, and is automatically put on all ballots.

there are ways to keep you from voting in states other than your own... and ways to keep you from voting more than once. say for instance that you are registered to vote. they send out some vote id and password to a secure email that you are required to provide when signing up. you then use that one time use login and password to make your votes.
it is already being rigged... theres no difference between now and a digital version, except that if we can all vote from our houses, the voter turnout would be much much higher.
just do the smart thing and encrypt everything on your computer before you send it to other ppl. give ppl you trust the means to decrypt, then send everything totally encrypted through unsecure email. even if the NSA forces the email company to give up your emails, they still cant read them.

i just want to point out here that a blind person couldnt navigate a website to get to a captcha in the first place. the article was talking about visually impaired ppl... who would have a much easier time with the newer forms of captcha than the ridiculous ones that the majority of sites use
there are already several types of captcha nowadays that are newer and much easier to use. one of the ones ive seen is one with a company logo and you have to type out the company name. another is one where you have to makea pizza with specific toppings. another one is where you have to draw an image. captchas are necessary... the problem is that they have become too ridiculously difficult instead of making it easy to use for normal ppl.
alright then, if you are so smart, name 20 games that have full 8 core support. you should be able to do that, right? because i can name thousands that have at most dual core support
eight core processors are dumb. though not for the reason he gave. they are dumb because nothing supports 8 cores, so 99% of the time, the extra 2-6 cores are totally wasted. if the software would catch up to the hard ware, we might see more use in 8+ cores
