i think most americans would agree with you that the US government is retarded... in our declaration of independence, it stated we had a DUTY to rebel against a government that strips us of our rights. and here they are trying to punish someone who was fulfilling his DUTY as an american.

there is no bible for animals. it has long been deemed innapropriate by society for some reason, even when, by nature, humans are attracted to their relatives/siblings. with the knowledge that you are related, your willpower will allow you to overcome this, because it is taboo, however, if you did not know you were related to someone, chances are that you will fall in love with him or her.

they are also gathering a ton of information on ppl even without warrants. for example, in many states(luckily not here), obtaining texts and call information from phone companies does not require a warrant. another thing that doesnt require a warrant is finding out who is accessing specific sites.

  15. stand up on When the NSA Shows Up At Your Internet Company · · Score: 2

it is about time for companies to start standing against the NSA. as long as what they do keeps being a secret to the population, we will never be able to get a lawsuit in front of the supreme court. companies need to stand up enmasse and say screw the NSA. then, when they start getting sanctions and stuff for standing against the NSA, they start a class action lawsuit against the american government. at this point, they will get infront of the supreme court eventually and we might actually get our rights back.

Nothing changed. That area has had methane in the ground water since long before fracking ever happened.

this article only talks about the fracking chemicals being leaked into the groundwater... it does not mention the other problem with fracking, which is that it causes fault lines to shift and ruptures in the ground due to increased pressure. the latter is what causes methane to leak into the groundwater, which then gets into drinking water. methane is not one of the fracking chemicals, and therefore the study didnt mention it.
