I'm not asking for anything, so I can't make any effort to help with anything.
And I'm not whining, I'm saying that the usual attitude for a lot of OSS projects usually goes something like this: OSS: Here's a gift! Users: Thank you, but it doesn't work on my computer. OSS: Fuck you, the code is there, fix it yourself! Users: We're not programmers and your gift is useless to us.
I understand that resources are limited and that there's a lot of hardware out there. However, laptops are fixed hardware and usually share a lot of components with other laptops, so either all the OSS developers buy the exact same laptops/models/brands or something's not quite right with the level of support for different, non-mainstream chipsets/wi-fi/etc, etc.
Pre-ordering can be a bad thing because it allows big studios to release low-quality games, but at the same time it can be a good thing because it does help indies and small studios to pay for the development of their games.
We need something that is much cheaper than the Tesla Model 3, Nissan Leaf, Smart EV or Chevrolet Bolt.
The first company which can make a 10000$ electric car (and that is road-legal in all countries) will dominate the market.

AMD knows their CPU dissipates too much heat for the SFF PC?

Why? Is the cheerleader open source?
They should be spying on (real) terrorists and neutral/enemy countries, not on friendly/allied countries.

So no, there's not really a "$10 per month" service from Bell. With Canadian telecom companies, there's always a catch.
He knows because their routers have a "pregnant women" setting. Didn't you read the article?

All I said is "A broken gift is a useless gift."

This is the usual "fuck you" reply that makes OSS a joy to use.
A broken gift is a useless gift.
You've never been to Canada...
And you're failing to factor in the actual sticker price and monthly payments in addition to the monthly costs of each car.
My computer cost me a few trillion dollars you insensitive clod!
Don't worry about Amelia Earhart, she's going to be found. It's just going to take some time.
So the real question is, why are we still talking about Java at all?
The Japanese still have this concept of "pride" which seems rare in the West.

There's only one game that's on my list right now: Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime
I can't, it's out of stock at the store!
Why did you word it differently? Both operating systems have Java available but neither comes with it by default.
Default installations of OS X don't have Java anymore, which is why your link exists in the first place.
Hardware is cheaper than programmers 99% of the time.
