    If I see someone getting attacked on the street by a human predator I have the right to act in defense of the person being attacked up to and including killing the attacker. If we give animals the same rights then logically anyone can act in defense of prey animals by killing predatory animals.

    For example, I would be able to kill my neighbor for beating his dog.

    Without further clarification, I might be okay with that.

    (not saying I'm the open source dev kinda guy, but if I was) It'd be a nice change of pace to set down building an open source app to play a game, and have a side effect be that it was able to validate the code I wrote.

    Thank you for standing up and not posting that AC.

    I know a "proper" caste system is wrong on several levels, but all too often there is a focus on the hardest to improve segment. We shouldn't be detracting from those with ability and resources by setting the bar where the kids with no love or help at home can reach for the general populous.
