From what I've heard, it's because (based on history) it kills more civilians than soldiers. Therefore, it's more of a tactic to scare than to accurately kill your enemy soldiers.
As far as the definition you are referring to, "Rock Stars" are people that can solve all level 10 problems. Every competent developer can solve at least 1 level 10 problem, but no one can solve all. Everyone is better at something, i.e., everyone has had experience in something that someone else has not had experience in.
On the other hand, if you define the makers of Twitter or Facebook as Rock Stars, any average developer could have easily coded the beginning of those. It was the creativity that launched them to where they are now -- and with Facebook, the ability to be more competent than MySpace (which doesn't take much effort). Einstein was a genius for his creativity, not because he could solve level-10 math problems in 2 seconds.
On the contrary, this is great news for me! I can finally tell of my friends that I really am black (or at least my DNA must be very close to theirs) despite the countless marshmallow fluff jokes I've heard over the years!
When people ask me, "What does TL;DR mean?" I tell them LUIDODO! (lew - ee - dodo). It means "Look it Up In De ODO." I hope this gets put into the next revision.
Ctrl+Shift+T. It's kind of like the Ctrl+Z of the Internet. This will increase their knowledge base, and then train them in its use. After that, maybe have them lookup new keyboard shortcuts or even *gasp* create new ones!
Am I the only idiot that read the title wrong? I was very confused for a while. I know that I'm just another example of an incompetent man that's willing to post on a tech website, but I worked very hard for good karma here! If I was a woman (maybe I was in a pastlife), I would hope that I could push myself for good/. karma still.
If she likes music, maybe write songs together and put them on bandcamp.
I assume you're asking this question because there's nothing online that she really likes. I've dated girls like this. Dull in her interests, but good kisser. Someone earlier mentioned Travian, and I also think the FunOrb games are good (especially Arcanists).
In all honesty, you should just talk on Skype or w/e and plan your next meetup. I assume that you can afford meeting up at least few times a year. Talk once a week, maybe play a game or two during the week, and be planning your next fun adventure. You 2 don't have to meet up at each other's place; you can meet at some other exotic place.
They trolled us all! Also, Opera has a list of recently closed tabs button in the top right -- which is extremely useful, and it re-opens the tab in exactly the same spot it was on the tabbar. I'm sure IE, Chrome, and Safari will copy it soon.
I'm 100% fine with this as well, as long as I can still own and drive a motorcycle. The experience is truly amazing. I only use my car for: rain, moving into a new apartment/house, a long trip with passengers, and when I'll be drinking. If they ever take motorcycles away, I will concur Mars and rename it Marsocycle -- where no cars are allowed.
Also, tell it "Bender drinks beer" or mention Bender. That's pretty cool, except it disses him. Stupid bot.
Why does the image of mitsuku have its shirt off?

So if a 2d star were to explode, there will be 1d surface? So you're telling me that flatland could exist?
Get a new girlfriend? Or if you want to experiment, I'm free saturday night...

And they keep overpricing each year...
If I chop off my hand and paint it green and stick a pin in it, does that count as a hand grenade?

You're right, that is one heli way to go!
In all seriousness though, that sucks, and at least he died fulfilling his passion.

I don't know, just spitballing here. Any takers?
It's like godzilla attacking my city all over again like in the original simcity.
Not as good as Area Man: Area Man Knows All the Shortcut Keys

I learned about a new keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+T". It's kind of like the "Ctrl+Z" of radioactive water leak disasters.
Does it have "Ctrl+Shift+T" to view the last 3DS game you played? A sort of "Ctrl+Z" for the DS?
...But does it have "Ctrl+Shift+T" functionality to see the last Time you looked at the Time on the watch? A sort of "Ctrl+Z" for the Time?
Whoosh whoosh.

Hm, this is actually an interesting idea... maybe I'll start with 50 Shades of Grey for my LDR GF >:)

The title makes a lot more sense now: "Researches Discover Way to Spot Crappy Coffee"
