    If the dealership... aka apple can replace the ignition switch and pair it... aka apple replacing the fingerprint reader and re-pairing it... then what is to stop a state level actor from doing the same thing... There is obviously a mechanism to pair the reader to the secure enclave.

    The Federal Government does not have the right to mandate license-plates... however state governments do. State governments also issue identification cards and numbers (drivers licenses and such) they could try to mandate outwardly visible identification, but I think the constitution would disagree with this, it however has no issue with state governments issue license-plates.

    HIPAA has an exemption for faxes so for medical stuff its simply easier and safer from a compliance standpoint to fax. insurance companies also really like to force you to fax to them, I suppose it is because they do not want to have to deal with a 100 different implementations of secure email and file sharing because each practice and clinic has a different one.

    In America there are two kinds of Bachelors degrees. a B.S. is a Bachelor of Science and a B.A. which is a Bachelor of Arts. So yes she has a 4 year bachelors degree.

    I work in the health care billing industry and you are misinformed about were the problem comes from. Insurance companies are were the problem comes from, if we went to single payer I would be out of a job because most of what we do is argue with insurance companies who never want to pay anything. So a doctor or hospital is suppose to charge everyone the same for the same procedure, to you an X-ray is an X-ray. However the way it is coded there are likely 100's of codes for x-rays. the hospital has a set charge for each code, but you have to be a coding export to know which procedure code to use for the X-ray.

    I actually think this is a really good idea, instead of letting one of the parties, or someone else with a vested interest get there guy elected, elected a fictitious person. It would really open up everyone's eyes on how serious the security issues with voting are.

    I would like to point out that a lot of those jobs go to people with Business degrees and most if not all of them are B.S. degrees not B.A. degrees.
