    The delay per frame field in the Graphic Control Extension is a 16 bit unsigned integer with units of 1/100th of a second. If you have figured out how to get an animated gif to display with frame intervals longer than 10m55s in existing viewers' code, then I suppose you really are clever.

    iFixit didn't purchase it. It was a review unit loaned by Apple and iFixit broke it into pieces.

    Most retailers CAN'T, since most US banks are not putting PINs with the chips.

    When I first got a chip and sig card, this caused me problems in Europe when I tried to buy train tickets from a ticket machine. They "solved" this by forcing European vendors to accept a chipped card without a PIN.

    At the time of his arrest for building a hoax bomb there was absolutely no evidence that he was attempting to perpetrate a hoax. He couldn't answer what he was planning to do with a "prop bomb" since he didn't have a prob bomb to plan to do anything with. They might as well have asked him when he stopped beating his wife.
