Ebooks "should" be priced at whatever generates the most profit for the person selling it. I'm willing to pay more for ebooks over paper because of the fast delivery and portability that they offer. Why should I expect something to be sold for less than I'm willing to pay?
I've never gone to the stores on black Friday and I don't intend to start this year... But I did notice Amazon and Best Buy have Grand Theft Auto V on sale for $33.99 so I might go ahead and grab it since I was planning on buying it soon anyway. They also have some pretty slick deals on the Breaking Bad blu-rays.
No, I can't afford to because right now I live in a communist country that continually steals my wages and enslaves me with their inflationary paper theft fiat money.
No more weather satellites, FEMA, Smithsonian, NSF, NIH, FBI, national parks, war memorials, Air Force (only the army and navy are authorized by the Constitution), air traffic control and navigation aids, nuclear power regulation, radio spectrum coordination, food inspections, or killer asteroid tracking. Personally, I say good riddance. The private sector can do all of these things without the government getting in the way; and they'll do a better of it job, too.
In summary, the United States' debt is junk. Also, they have plenty of money to make the payments. Thank you, Roman--you make a compelling argument and in no way sound like a crazy person.
The events broadcast on NBC are available OTA, but they are also broadcasting some events on NBC Sports, MSNBC, USA and CNBC.
Because let's face it, it's pretty unrealistic to get bent out of shape because you can't buy daisy wheels

or get 14k modem service anymore.

In essence the Grand Canyon is a Beowulf cluster of canyons.
Between The Erotic Review and TNA Board it's generally pretty easy to get what you paid for as long as you go with a reputable provider.
Meanwhile the price of gold would increase resulting in lots of people having more work and more money to spend.
Idiot, you forgot rhodium.
Same guy, backup account.
Sounds legit...
Same as how a UPS driver walking on to my land instantly becomes my property/slave. Come on, that's just private property rights 101.

You should sell those things and buy gold. I hear it's going up to $10,000 per ounce.
Even if I was willing to accept your handout I only accept payments in the form of group 9 elements.

Certainly the lesser of two evils is a good thing, but government existing anywhere is still evil.
It still exists. Government existing is theft.
Unfortunately there is no nation on earth that lacks a government hell bent on stealing all it can from its citizens.
In many states there is. It's called a use tax.

I am going to enjoy seeing how this systems collapses and finally the productive people will no longer be the slaves of the mob.
Meanwhile the rest of us are enjoying watching the price of gold collapse, not in some hypothetical future, but RIGHT NOW.
