Wear on the roads is negligible for passenger vehicles. You can go look that up. Yea, you need one teacher for like 30 students, as I said it doesn't scale like was being said.
I had to look this up, and I only found a few answers. They seem to help people set up shop online, they have their own payment system, and a bunch of random titles that seem to try to promote goods or create shopping trends.
Taking your taxes in guaranteed, but not any of the public policies. Like cops don't need to protect you and the government doesn't have to help you out.
But they are, and if you're a person that is willing to rent your car out or use rental/zip car services or lyft/uber services then you probably aren't going to leave climbing gear, cds, whatever in the car. You'd probably keep your stuff in a backpack or satchel and take it with you.
They have apps that let people rent out their cars as they sit at work, there was one that let you rent your car out while you left it at the airport for some extra money.
A 10% decline in car ownership would be a lot. Car co. are already seeing declining sales as many millennials can't afford them and since live in cities have no need.
That market along with car sales will always exist, it'll just shrink. I think this will also shrink the suburb market for a while. More and more people seem to want to live in cities and try to raise families there.
Because there are more of them in a smaller area. They aren't going to add roads, or DMVs or what have you, the fire dept don't need to grow at the same rate as the population if they're now in apartments. You'll need a few different trucks maybe and a handful more fire fighters, not one fire station per 100 residents or whatever.
I think he's going with the always on instant access to social media that has been shown in studies to cause depression and other social disorders in people. A smartphone is what most people and kids use to access these things.
But the 50s car kids still appeared outgoing, energetic, etc. We've known for a while that social media depresses people, so that's probably what is going on with smartphone usage.
Except the person, a lady, had to pay 10 grand because she found a loophole the IRS didn't like. "Intention of the law" even though they'll hammer you with "the letter of the law" when that's more convenient.
There's also evidence that kids in bilingual homes speak later as well. Drs freak out and like to make everything extreme when it could be late development and your kid will turn out completely normal/average. There's nothing they can do either, so the only reason to get in early is for that sweet sweet gov disability money. Hoping your kid turns out ok though!
I've tried finding it again, this was a couple years back, and it's been crushed under google by all the random BS articles about autism and aspergers. I really should have saved it somewhere, pisses me off.
Your personal theory is a published study. Mostly aspergers, but a prof looked into it and his theory is that since most people are marrying later, they are also marrying people in their fields. So instead of marrying a random girl from town, you're marrying someone that could also be intelligent and have low level autism. BUT there are studies that show autism stems from poor nutrition and especially LOW IRON. The more likely culprit is bad nutrient levels, especially since people are older and their body needs more work to maintain.
Shit, my college waited until sophomore and junior year to have weed out classes in engineering. Assholes.
If I recall correctly many African countries turned away GMO food aide.

But I want to make sure I'm one of the rich communists, how do I do that?

I think you pick the size and outfits you want. I don't think they randomly send you clothes.
Not length, but width of the leg.
Usually relaxed fit has to do with the pant leg length and the room in the crotch/ass.
Harvard Office number?

The US has multi use zoning though.

"Since farming is actually harmful to the environment, it should be the last thing to be subsidized." That was what I commenting about.

People have dumb names, no need to remember them all.
Don't be ugly?
