It doesn't offer one handed support or a dark theme. Cortana was really good at location stuff, answering questions etc, better than Siri. Duo would be so you could talk to Android or Windows Phone users as well I imagine?

Anytime I read an article and there isn't a quote or explanation of the feelings one specific person has expressed or an interviewed group has expressed, and it has words like disgusting, apprehensive, hopeful, amazing, or something like that I know it probably is more opinion than fact, or a review of a product.
I don't think so, I think most of those people just get a cease and desist and a threat to cut off internet service, and since there isn't another provider, people stop downloading.

I also listen to audio books on demand and podcasts because I hate listening to crappy radio DJs. I can't stand the personalities and how they play up being soooo dumb on the air.
