The new tax rate means they are saving 10s of billions bring their cash back to the USA. It now makes sense to invest in the USA.
If tax cuts were good, nothing, absolutely nothing bad will happen. Everyone will fart unicorns. Now everyone is felicitated by a unicorn and everyone keeps their jobs at 15$ an hour. But tax cuts are evil even though the standard deduction for everyone is doubled.

There are glacial periods where ice extends furthur to the equator (what most people think is an ice age) and there are interglacial periods. We are currently in an interglacial period. During this ice age, the earth hos more often than not ben in glacial periods. The last interglacial period lasted only 12 thousand years. We are currently getting relatively close to that time frame.
Basically "what temperature the Earth is supposed to be" is many degrees colder than this over the past 3 million years.
How to teach people to write better internet posts. We should teak every one to write in the format of "5 Easy Tricks to Loose Weight". Any BS taught to the masses will suck. WTF about daughters - Irrelevant to coding for the masses.

How about putting that $300 million toward pay raises. More people, irregardless of sex, color, fill in the check box, will want to work for Intel and tech in general. Few of those might be women would change their majors because they would make more than something else. It might even solve that lack of STEM workers that we hear about.
In Scott Adam's, Dilbert's Principle, he has a chapter on "abnormal" engineers. Normal engineers what to modify and perfect everything technical, to the detriment of usability and form. One "abnormal" engineer was a guy who had an unmodified TV remote and is quoted that he happy that the damn thing works.
