I'm hearing lots of technical reasons why this thing is a bad idea, however is the efficiency of this process so bad that it is worse than running an electric element 12 hours a day? Or keeping the natural gas fire going half the day to maintain tank temperature as well? It seems that if the magnatron is only running on water demands that overall it WOULD cost less to use this device.
I feel the same way . . . I just want something that I can make the transition and just start working. Look into Vector SOHO version. I installed it and just started using it . . . . about six hours went by before I realized I hadn't switched back to my XP box.
Personally ever since I was like 12 and drove past my first oil refinery where they were 'flaring-off' all of those 'waste gases' I had wondered why cng and propane powered vehicles aren't more popular? A few years ago ford and chevy both had bi-fuel vehicles and considering the cost of gas these days, I just don't get why they aren't still moving down this path path of a dual-fuel concept (or is it just easier to continue to waste this additional source of fuel?).
Not in your state? Guess this is where state laws vary. In Colorado we have this neat thing called the "make my day" law. If someone is under my hood (and the car is in my garage) then Colorado citizens have the right to shoot them. I love the "wild wild west".

I expect to get whomped for what is most likely a stupid question . . . but is there a way to bulk export all the email I've been saving on yahoo to gmail?
On another note. I left mine in my pants pocket last week when I threw them in the laundry. It went through the washer AND the dryer (and our dryer gets DAMN hot!) I thought 'no way is it going to work'. Seems to work just fine, I was SO impressed!
Ok, I may be way off base and I expect someone to correct me . . . But the Pentium was released in March of 93 when the patent was filed in October of 93. ????
Crap? I'm glad that you know them personally and have confidence in their hiring practices. Have you ever worked for them? I'm saying i know someone who was offered a job dependent on his no longer 'living in sin' and attended the rather hastily thrown together wedding. The promised job did not materialize after he met the requirement. I don't BASH ministries as religion in general has no interest to me however fairness and general ethics do.
Think that's bad, i know someone they promised a job to if he married his live-in girlfriend. Well, he's now married, but still unemployed many months later.
Not spam, maybe, maybe not. However, the last thing i want to do is buy a product, then be hit with MORE advertising, ESPECIALLY when they've already reached into my wallet! If i wanted that I'd sign up w/AOL, then call them requesting more of those coasters.
I tend to agree . . . . I bought a lexmark about 2 years ago . . . ran out of ink in 2 months (yea, i now know about the freebie cartridge) and choked on the prices of the new ones, hence, it still sits on the desk and i use my shiny new HP.
P.S. Making the freebie cartridge run out so quick was what convinced me NOT to spend $60 on another cartridge. Wasn't worth it. So yea, they shot themselves on that one. They had their one chance.
Actually, while you may feel that you were mishandled, there are many of us who would like nothing more than commercialism to be completely erased from the net. As such, i WOULD support a company such as this. Don't get me wrong, i think they were a bit harsh, however it's nice to see that some companies are against it.
Now, on the flip side, the fact that they OFFERED commercial accounts shows that it's not as much about idealogy as $$$$. They wanted to squeeze more dollars out of you. . . ..
Religion is a myth devised to keep the masses in line. Avoid anyone calling themselves 'brother' or 'elder' or wanting money to teach you what god wants. If it brings guilt instead of happiness, it WRONG.
Don't be so arrogant as to think that just because the average wasp believes that some guy hung up on a cross is going to save them that other forms of spirituality aren't valid.
Moreover, if you don't innately believe it, don't try to convince yourself it's true. Have faith in your own inner voice.

More to the point, who in their right minds gives personal information to their isp's? I mean really, when did we as people determine that it was ok that all these corporations just HAD to have this data to do business with us? At what point did we become such sheep that when we walked into a store to buy bread and milk, it became acceptable to have the clerk ask us for our phone number?? Start taking responsibility for this and QUESTION everytime someone wants to add you to a database!
Hey , that's cool, download costs are less w/Sparc binaries though! Wonder if my isp will give me a break if I toss out my x86 boxes and buy a couple sparcs?
Why waste time doing that since most likely there's something about them that's gonna piss me off anyway? At least w/a device like this I've got the basics out of the way.

This is just wrong . . . wrong wrong wrong!

I too value privacy. I also value the dollar. My card "discount" card is registered to a guy by the name of John Doe.

Actually, if you don't think about fighter jets for a minute, there are quite a few civilian STOL aircraft that could make use of it.

Are there any coordination points online for people wanting to setup local co-ops?

Don't feel guilty about sex. . . . . it's natural.
Give all of yourself in you relationships and expect the same. Be completely honest w/everyone. Everyone is responsible for their own emotions.
Most of all, divorce is not the end of the world.
