Not really. I have the original atom and when I want to make a phone call I press the phone hardware button and use the touchscreen to enter the number.
When you play a pc game on the LAN you are supposed to each have a copy. If anything the console design is better because at least 4 people can play off the one copy of a game.
That is just like my GF. She keeps pestering me to play Eternal Darkness. The wierd thing is she just likes to watch and help out. She also enjoys SMB, MP and Pikmin. I never got into Pikman but she really enjoys it.
The cube is now setup permanently in the bedroom and often when I get home from work she's playing it. I have almost 40 games now so there is always something for her to try.
Many of these people would NEVER accquire this music at the current price point of CDs
That's the whole point. WHY SHOULD they get to listen to it if they were/aren't going to buy it. They listen to it - THEY SHOULD HAVE TO BUY it. WHat a stupid statement that carries bugger all weight. It's ok to steal something if you weren't going to buy it in the first place. Pretty stupid comment to make in the whole scheme of life you know.

The thing is, it was done and done often. Regardless of who initiated the bundle. Halo has been bundled with xbox's in Australia since about 3-6 months after launch.
I believe that you couldn't get a NES or SNES system without a bundled game back then. Utter rubbish. The NES only got bundled with Mario and Duck Hunt years after release. Mario Allstars ended up being available as a bundle with SNES, but Allstars wasn't anywhere near a launch title.
I think this sort of thing is pretty cool. Another interesting way to advertise and I am seriously thinking about getting an XBOX from just viewing that video. Sega, come back to gamecube!!!

Well that must have been a long time ago. It's just a nVidia card in an Xbox, most nVidia cards have tv out. ATI tv out is better but there is nothing wrong with nVidia's either.
I wouldn't expect mozilla's performance on a p3 733 to be all that great. probably takes a minute to load...
like i have hands like a person who is 6'7". I want something that'll fit into my pocket. I don't think the gba size is all about little 'asian' hands.
Interested to know the statistics for all the people replying who are using pirated software.
90% of the people on slashdot have zero credibility when it comes to this. Just like all the whiners about GPL violations that pirate and steal commercial software.

You do know that when a playstation breaks down and is replaced (which happens often) it is also counted as a sale.

They can't even make the controllers small. How on earth would they be able to make a hand held device that also had a screen.

I'm 28 and play my GBA on the train to work every day. No one has dared come up to me and told me I was immature.
I hardly think a 10 year could play all the games. Heck my daughter (who is 9) cannot play (functionally and maturity) all the games we have.
Don't see me letting her play any mortal kombat games in a hurry.
Don't forget the size of the thing... Not exactly put in your pocket size...
