This charger is different from other chargers because it charges in 1 hour and because it charges each cell individually.
Just keep it where you use your electronic stuff and keep a supply of charged batteries. I have a pile of uncharged batteries and one of charged ones. The uncharged ones get put in the charger and migrate to the charged side when the lights go out. Works for me for lots of different devices.
Just a different viewpoint. I would recommend you get a powerbook instead.
I have a powerbook, and I hook it to an external mouse, monitor and keyboard at my house -- and I forget it's not a desktop machine. (Actually, I use a monitor switch)
And I can go portable with it. I don't do it as often, but when I travel, it's really easy to carry around. I think you'd get more use out of a laptop at school anyhow.
...due to the immense efficiencies that lie in nature...
hmm... although computers might be efficient at add() or sort(), or other smaller operation, at the systems level they aren't there. For instance, how would you represent the following functions:
I think a better implementation of this might use the sftp protocol on the server side. This has been recently implemented with SSH v2. It's a subsystem within SSH (sftp-server) that supports all the common filesystem operations (open, close, read, write, seek, stat, etc...).
This is the protocol that scp uses to read and write files and is already part of ssh.
after going to California Extreme a few weeks back, there's a big hole in this answer - pinball machines.
What if you sat at a Mac all day...
;)
Would you crave the excitement of configuring a sun box or some obscure linux distribution?
Get the Ray-O-Vac 1-hour charger and some NiMH AA batteries.

I recommend the Canon i850 Color printer. It does excellent photos, is relatively inexpensive and canon doesn't seem to encumber their ink cartridges.
I also got a hawking USB print server (~ $60) and it's now a network printer.
Take a look at how easy it is to assign this thing an ip address and have a network printer.
About time to think about building a better mousetrap.
In related news, job attendance dropped 20% compared to the previous week.
uh, "Player" ??
(or what was the default nethack player name... was it nick danger or something?)
Also, RIAA threats have led to GLOBAL WARMING as global temperatures have also increased. (as measured in the northern hemisphere this spring)
Although Audible is a pay service, it has an enormous amount of diverse material.
I think my favorite so far has been "Surely you're joking, Mr. Feynman".
I signed up for two books per month and I'm WAAAY behind on listening to it all in the car (some books are as long as 24 hours).

Well, duh. The idea is not to acknowledge the competition. (or in the case of this article to play down the threat).

wait until they get GTA3...
Hopefully this will help catch the kid^h^h^hterrorist who keeps kicking the back of my seat.
And if they could make it sensitive enough, it will also catch people who drum on their tray table too...
- a dust mop
- a bathroom pass
- a football
- a diploma
- a kitten
- etc...
(instead of a fist, a chainsaw, etc)Of course, a diploma might still fire rockets...
We must create an Arnold bot to defend ourselves!!!
No, that's the guy from PetWarehouse. I can see how you could get confused.

Another thing missing is the use of explosives. By using a carefully designed charge, it should be possible to neatly shear off the screw.
For instance, the space shuttle actually doesn't rise off the pad until some explosive charges shear some bolts that let it come free of the ground.
The same technique should be applied here.
Thank you.
oh yeah, and pass laws that marketeers must define 'k' as 1024 and 'm' as 1048576 in prices...
what about coins of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64?
;)
Then bills of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64.
Would make the math lots easier...
Now I'll buy their product next year after skipping this year.
I believe my 19.2" viewable-area monitor is a twenty-ONE inch monitor, thank-you-very-much!
What happens? They'll w(h)ine
I think you just have to make sure the ptr record resolves to SOMETHING, not necessarily the same thing as the A record.
By this I mean:
1) your company is called company.com and sends mail from either your old mailserver 4.5.6.7 or your new mailserver 1.2.3.4
2) your shiny new mailserver's ip address may reverse lookup from 1.2.3.4 to t1-65.gateway4.myisp.com.
Your ISP probably does this for you already.
3) you could have t1-65.gateway4.myisp.com resolve to 1.2.3.4.
I don't even know if 3 matching 2 is necessary.
The IP address of "company.com" doesn't have to be associated with 4.5.6.7 or 1.2.3.4.
However, if your mail server 1.2.3.4 is sending mail to someone, they should be able to reverse lookup 1.2.3.4 and get something.
If they take it one additional step, the something might need to forward lookup to 1.2.3.4.
