I don't believe that 14nm regardless of the number of "+s" behind it will have anything close to adequate cooling in a thin "ultrabook" type device. That will be the big challenge for high performance thin laptops.
AFAIK The present break in methods employed by LEO all use the data port. At least that would make them chase down the JTAGs or something. You know old fashion police work.

Mostly with Arc Furnaces these days. Coal is only needed when working with iron ore. Scrap steel is processed more efficiently in an arc furnace.
