    And so what? Chances are the gun came out after Martin had beaten Zimmerman and had his hand on it. Read Massad Ayoob's analysis of the status of the gun afterward, it suffered a FTF after the shot that killed Martin.

    Upon realizing the guy he was beating was about to shoot him, Martin may have screamed like a little girl.

    It changes NOTHING about the important parts of this story.

    But by all means, keep sucking that giant dick of miss-information put out by the folks that want to take St. Tray Tray the Angelic and make it into a win for the Obama administration next election.

    "This particular teenager" was caught by police with burglary tools and 12 women's rings, after getting caught on video vandalizing school property. When pressed, "a friend gave them to him".

    His presence in the neighborhood could very well coincide with some of the burglaries.

    The community is not "gated" as in "prison yard", it's "gated" as in you can't drive a car in without driving over grass if you can't open the gate. There are not walls around all of it. A person can easily walk in, and the walls there are, are four feet tall.

    This is information is available on Google Maps.

    There's a PDF of his school disciplinary record floating around that has the details of the burglary bust in it.

Her son seems to have identified Zimmerman as the one on the bottom in his initial statement.

    Statements from Martin's girlfriend to Martin's lawyer admitted that Martin intended to go back and confront Zimmerman. (There is no recording of the call, and the girlfriend is a liar, however there is reason to believe Martin in some way initiated the conversation that lead up to the beating and shooting.)

They ARE NOT PERMISSIVE TO AIM. Unless you are using a 10 inch barrel and shot with no shot cup, you are going to have to get it on target. Get yours, get out and shoot some targets and find out how your particular gun, and your particular ammo choice works. If you are serious about home defense, put a light on it too.

    In some states it is illegal to refuse the test, but in a roundabout way where the fine print of driver's license says "refuse test, and you lose your license". So there isn't a practical "refusal" option everywhere.

    I may be misinformed on latest LED news, but there was a while when they were working on higher heat tolerance to make them not blow out frequently.

    I might start with a few ships dragging anchors through the fiber to China. Follow it up with a few ships threatening the same to India if they route Chinese traffic over land. Of course, that would be treated like an act of war (it is), however, I don't see the Chinese as the protagonists on this, we don't attack their shit aggressively and constantly but their great firewall has the capability to stop outgoing attacks and they seem to not bother or even encourage it.

    It would be relatively easy to drastically reduce or completely cut of China by physically destroying the network. They'd have to use operatives or proxies that were pre-located elsewhere on the planet, which takes their "there's billions of them!" advantage down most of the way.

    Hell, half of Africa was shut off accidentally a couple days ago.

    Anybody with any brains already has most of the Chinese netblocks killed at their firewall anyway. For my stuff, the Chinese are a zero signal to noise ratio. Know what else NOBODY NOTICED.

    There's already a war going on, the Chinese host a lot of compromised machines and initiate a lot of attacks already.

    Eucalyptol is an active ingredient at 0.09% or so, which is made soluble in water with ethanol. Otherwise it's a solid.

    So, ethanol is not listed as an active ingredient, but it sure as fuck is in a bottle of Listerine (and many other brands).

    It has a stigma, so it was sidelined on the label. Ethanol is still the method for which the antiseptic action is done.

    I am looking right at a bottle that says this stuff, purchased this week.

    High mobility rail pieces are still going to be mounted on ships. Even with the longest range estimate, those would put the ships well within the capabilities of Chinese anti-ship missiles as they are now. Let alone what will be deployed when the rail-equipped ships are deployed. To take out China's attack on Taiwan, we'll need both of these platforms.

    Headlights are also critical in seeing other cars out of the corner of one's eye, at dusk, in blind spots, etc. Running lights on cars do very little to help the driver of the car see, but they do wonders for keeping "that jackass just pulled out in front of me!" to a minimum. Hint: if your lights are not on, YOU are the jackass. I leave my lights on all the time I am driving, if it keeps just one person from getting themselves tangled in a wreck with me and my car it's worth it.

    There are several tablet type devices that are about to clean Apple's clock with market share of the "less than a month's wages" priced tablets. Apple could starve all of them out of the market by slashing prices on iPod Touch and iPad devices down to a reasonable level. I'd get two or three of each at a $100 or $200 price point for the Touch and Pad. iPads are great, but they cost to fucking much. I can get 80% of the functionality at a fifth the price. I still want an iPad, but won't consider one because of the huge cost. Spend a few billion pushing some of the players out of the market once, and everybody will look at the rest and realize they could do it again and they'd stay out (or make something that's better).

    As a web designer part time, I find it frustrating to try to tell my clients "that's not a good idea" when they think because they stand over the shoulder of their 15 year old and watch him surf the web that they are experts on UI design and web compatibility. NO, really, you are going to piss people off and alienate them with that! I usually have to use the "Google won't see it either" trick to get them to agree to simple stuff like redundant text-based menus.

    Looks like it's still in beta, but will see what's up anyway.

    Ironically enough, the Eclipse web site that hosts the install files has a menu that won't work in Chrome.

    Someone needs to come up with an app or plug in that blocks Facebook traffic unless the parent URL is one of the ones Facebook actually owns. Lots and lots of sites have stuck the "Facebook this!" crap on them, and news sites are dropping their own comment systems (as being hard to moderate, no shit really?) with Facebook. Which has stopped a lot of the real nasty trolling cold... BUT, that also means Facebook basically knows where and what and when you do on the internet all the time, just like Google does.

    Ideally, it would be something that could attach to a firewall and would block based on some if/then conditions not being met first.
