Honestly, you think you want it, but you don't. In a university based setting, it will get used for homework and illegal purposes like copyright infringement. The illegal purposes will require massive bandwidth. The homework will just be a support nightmare when there's file corruption or server downtime. People working on projects overnight, last minute, etc and suddenly they can't get their files anymore
I relly can't speak for the rest fo these people, but I'm just prepareing myself for a managment position. I've notice a lot of managers (even colege educated ones) half this skill so it must be an industry standard.
I've had a Hotmail account for several years and had no reasons to change previously. I haven't had problems accessing it. I get 2-3 spam emails a YEAR that were put in the Junk folder. It's not Microsoft that sells your email. Once they raised the limits to 250MB, that prevented me from jumping ship to GMail. I have a Gmail account and it offered no improvements to me though I can see where it would for others.
Opera has two versions - paid and ad-supported (we'll ignore the pirated paid versions)
Shouldn't they be able to give some accurate Opera numbers. Numbers of paid versions plus numbers of users who bought multiple versions. Number of Opera browsers that connect to their AD server within a given time period.
They should be trying to get IE users to try different browsers, not arguing over table scraps.
I think the average geek would have a better chance of being Rorschach for the Watchmen. A black and white mask and a mind that divides everything into black and white.
$1000, I prefer to buy a $100-200 cpu and spend the rest "underclocking" myself with frosty beverages. It also helps reality look more like computer graphics too.
while my high hopes for a US model of the Sony Librie are pretty much dashed, you can pick up a Japanese Librie for $419 from www.japan-direct.com While it does not officially support English, there are workaround now for English.
My project is digitize a person's brain so it can be sent across the internet to control these clay bodies. When you're done, the digitized brain is then sent back and overwrites any changed neural pathways.
I'm...um...working on it just like these guys, so how come I'm not in the news. I'm...um...just waiting for these guys to finish their part so I can finalize testing.
You've listed the best site for building arcade cabinets. Also what do you want? A giant 4 person arcade for X-Men, Simpsons, etc. that you'll never move or console-like setup by getting a Hanaho hotrod and a mini-pc. Do you want spinners, yokes, steering wheels? You do need double joysticks so you can play SmashTV
Correct if I'm wrong since I don't live in Canada. Don't you pay an extra tax on things like cd-r's, harddrives, etc. that goes to the music industry already because they could be used for copyright infringement. I say just get what you already paid for then.
I think a lot of people are like me. They installed Firefox and maybe an extension or two. I didn't read anything, and didn't notice the arrow until the last/. article. I know the basics of a web browser, and look through the menu for the options, other than that I didn't care to investigate further.
You think you can let evil triumph by telling me my battlecry against injustice doesn't exist? Nay, I say Nay, evil-doer. Spoon will shouted from top of every building and evil tremble in fear or my name is not The Tick.
Sincerely,
The Tick PS See it's my name, now tremble evil, tremble

Sorry, I'm force choking my chicken right now, so I'll have to get back to you on that one.

Like Mark Cuban said, the damages should only be $5 a month since you could have got all that Music from Yahoo for that price.

During every Batman, part of me is screaming "Shoot him in the face! Shoot him in the face!"
Even if his armor could stop the bullets and you missed the face, it sure wouldn't feel good.
All those percentages are in metric, that's why they don't add up to 100%.

http://technovelgy.com/ct/ctnlistPubDate.asp has a list of timeline of inventions like the cell phone written about by Heinlein in 1953.
"Everything is theoretically impossible, until it is done." -Heinlein
I believe it was Heinlein that said most science-fiction was crap, and books should be based on the human condition not technology.

Of course, $400 buys a lot of paperbacks.

Not only did he play a nerdy engineer villian, Gene played Malak Al Rahim, arab terrorist in Wanted: Dead or Alive

I didn't know that you could download the new Star Wars until the MPAA told me. So they're really to blame for me downloading it right now.

So does it have to be your own finger?

The FCC said it was okay for Tivo users to record and share tv shows with 9 friends.
Yeah, it's real hard to click next.

What do you think the Internet originally was?
No, you're thinking about the milkshake that brings all the boys to the yard.
