It will have to figure out the directories and filenames from evidence in the linked parts. You'll be using simple AI and network stuff, but if you also want to look only for redheads, you'll be doing some graphics work too.

    No, it is not 'out of band'. The data is sent using parts of the signal that are not part of the picture. If you know what the vertical blanking interval is, you know what I mean. If you don't, go learn something.

    It is best to
    1. Step on the brakes.
    2. Shift into neutral
    THEN
    3. Turn the key to accesory.

    The problem is you are very likely to turn the key too far, locking the steering wheel in many cars. Also, power steering and brakes will only work for a few seconds after the engine is off, so you should point the car in a safe direction and get on the brakes before you shut down the engine.

    If you are going to make shit up, you are going to have trouble convincing those people who know better.

    I have mod points, but I responded instead of modding you down. Slashdot etiquette requires you to tell us where you heard 1/2 of US taxes go to the military.

    The law banned manufacture of large capacity magazines, except for sale to police. So in many towns, police traded in their old guns and large mags for new, and their old large mags went into the secondary market. Go to a gun store and ask to see the selection of large mags, if you don't believe me. There's a glut.

    The whole thing was about appearances, and giving people the warn fuzzies. Did you know the law banned bayonet lugs on the muzzle? Sure, I'm real concerned about being STABBED when someone's pointing a gun at me.

    Ever felt threatened by a folding stock? Banned.
    Anything that looks like a milspec gun? Banned.

    The EXACT SAME barrel, ammo, receiver, trigger action, etc? Not banned.
