Belgium has it bad. I saw a program on UXO in Belgium.. they gave the statistic that if they never found any more UXO and chemical weapons, it would take 20 years to dispose of those which they've already found and have in storage.
bzzt (sort of). The Stylewriters were rebadged Canon BJ's. Some of the laserwriters may have been Canon (some of the personal laserwriters were Lexmark) but most were HP.

So it's definately in there, but does it work? I don't know.
I live in Australia and have an ipod I keep in my backpack. After walking around outside on a summer day, the buttons don't function for about 5 minutes. Too hot:)
limiting piracy accusations to the far and middle east is a little bit discriminatory.. aside from copies that come with computers, most people I know pirate OSes in North America, Europe and Australia;p
It's a great program from IT administration's point of view.. it's cheap and provides great access to MS's resources..
on the other hand however, it's a lot like crack dealers handing out the first hit free. Students use all of MS's crap at university and then when they hit the real world, they want to keep using it, thus it works as a marketing tool for microsoft that the university ends up paying for.
As a university network admin, one of the main concerns about AP's running without WEP is idiot tech writers war-driving and then writing up about "University X having wide open access points / doesn't know how to secure their network/etc" and associated loss of face amoungst the pointy heads.
My university has wireless campus wide, with a WEP key for that reason.. and it's "12345". To actually get anywhere, you need to run a VPN client:)
"As3deyt#$seKJ34" is probably a bit too difficult, but your idea of a CD-key type arrangement for the initial SSID/wep key us actually a pretty good idea..
Who is dispensing with 'innocent until proven guilty"?
Those who assume that because someone has been arrested, they will be tried and convicted, and thus should be counted in the same group as those who have already been convicted.
Good to see that finally they're stopping hiding behind the whole innocent until proven guilty thing.. I mean, arrested and convicted.. same thing, let's lump them in together, right?:)
"Seventy indictments to date have led to arrests or convictions of 125 people"
Marge: Homer, I don't want guns in my house! Don't
you remember when Maggie shot Mr. Burns? Homer: I thought Smithers did it.
Lisa: That would've made a lot more sense . ..
Well, they don't necessarily, but yes, there is an unlimited clients option to them. But the original poster's surprise is not that unusual. Your Ghost Enterprise Edition needs a license for every machine you use it on. In my case, the license per machine is only about US$10. It's well worth it.
In as much as this seems wrong talking about Enterprise systems deployment involving hundreds of thousands of systems, "me too":)
We use Ghost to deploy about 100 lab systems every few months, dual-booting Linux and Windows, and we do pretty much the same thing. Lab machine broken? Get out Ghost, 40 minutes later, all good and only took me about 5 minutes of time to do.
Apple also offer bulk purchase deals for 25 or more machines, so while they paid "list", "list" from Apple on 1100 machines is probably about 40% off retail:)
That as may be, but he should stick to what he knows and leave reviewing technologies to people with both a technical cloo and some knowledge of writing:)

Kudos for finding it.. but you know iBooks and powerbooks use the same hard drives as every PC laptop on the market, right?
I once had some beers with some FBI and DOD agents while I was underaged in the US (I was 19 though).
Ahh where did my misspent youth go.
Just don't try out-drinking Hemos. The man can hold his drink against the best of us.
H. Peter Anvin (SYSLINUX) on the other hand.. ended up in hospital after LCA2003. Heh!
3 years ago when that was posted, Trent was 13. How were you with Unix permissions when you were 13?
He's a speaker due to his knowledge of ipv6, which is to say the least, extensive.

Ok, sorry.
Have you rebuilt the sysprep.inf file using /bmsd and the associated additional stanza in the first generated sysprep.inf for "BuildMassStorageDevices?
Regarding joining domains, I just type in the username and password manually, so can't help there. Sorry.

If you have > 50 macs, apple will license it to you for about $25 per seat :)
The original two white ibook revisions only have 8MB video. 4MB per screen does not a happy mac make :)
