    I also use viewcvs to make the repository visible through a browser, but you're probably doing that too already.

    It wasn't SSETI, it was the other satellite Mozhayets-5 that failed to break free from the upper stage and is missing.

    If you want version control with cvs/svn under windows, I really recommend tortoisecvs/tortoisesvn. These handy clients integrate with the file manager, and are very user-friendly. It has been a while since I used it though.

    Oxides make up a large part of the moon crust, and oxides contain... oxygen! Nearly everything in the solar system is oxydized! Iirc the metals are more seperated, with some areas containing more iron and others containing more aluminium.

    I wonder what's Hubble's spatial resolution; I think an orbiter would do a much better job.. Wouldn't they better let LRO(Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter) do the mapping and concentrate on things that Hubble is good at, especially as time is running out?

    It's not because they cannot link it directly to you that it doesn't have value (maybe they can, if you registered your printer). They can still determine that two pages are printed by the same printer. They can determine that they were print on the same day, or that one page was printed earlier than the other. If they raid the house and find the printer they have evidence. They can check the clock and tell on what day the pages where printed. All that sort of stuff.

    This is only phase one, called "spreading pillow-FUD". Phase two is called "sell new anti-fungal pillows", closely followed by phase three, "Profit!". Watch my words.

    I will probably die of a traffic accident, cancer or (my favorite) old age. A stupid spore is no match for my immune system. If I'm sleeping with them every night, they are most probably well known to the immune system, I trust it will take care of any intruders.

    First, it's not a degree kelvin, it's just kelvin.

    Second, your only right if you're talking about a temperature difference. If you're talking about temperatures, they are very different. One degree celcius is not the same as one kelvin. Feel free to try it out :).

    Degrees Celcius is not a SI unit, temperature is measured in Kelvin.
