3% == Americans who *want* health insurance but are not covered. 86% == Number happy with what they've got (TIME Aug 10)
Actually, it's 86% of the Americans that have health insurance who are "happy with what they've got".
Another interesting stat in that poll is that the same percentage of people who are happy with their employer-provided insurance, 88%, are happy with their government-provided healthcare. Don't forget to put that one in your signature.
When a congresscritter openly mocks the people he allegedly represents, suggesting they are too stupid to be anything but a problem to be managed, things have gone very wrong somewhere.
Oh, please. Vote the critter out of office; problem solved. What's that? You want to make sure the critter is voted out? Then work for the critter's opposition; problem solved. What's that? You don't like any of the opposition, either? Run for office; problem solved.
If something is very wrong then all it will take to fix it is some good old-fashioned hard work, yes?
I'm not trolling here, but why does it seem like the buzz is often about apple products then? I don't see much about people creating art with their blackberry or their palm.
The art was created by a third-party app. Apple did not write Brushes but they made it possible for a developer to not just create it but easily put it in the hands of customers. So, it's not strictly an article about Apple products.
And then there's John Stossel over at ABC who admitted his corporate overlords routinely censor his pro-small government stories...
Maybe because Stossel, that self-promoting turd, shouldn't be doing advocacy pieces and should be doing, oh I don't know, some journalism perhaps?

"A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have" Gerald Ford
Fixed that for you.
Because the software will get tired if you run it more than once during the summer?

+1 Sad but true
At my employer many of the IT staff are expected to work "on the weekends" with no additional compensation.
Know why? Because you let it happen.
For a determined workplace slacker, those sites are merely the means, not the end. Or so I've heard.
I think I saw that same comment on Facebook, except they were talking about Slashdot instead of Twitter.
...it is designed to be carried aboard B-2 and B-52 bombers...
Do we use the B-1 for anything?
In other words, he's made a judgment based entirely on emotion and utterly lacking in scientific support.
Sorry to feed the troll but did you actually read what you responded to?
I have a cousin who works in an abattoir and he's gone right off eating beef that's been raised in feedlots due to what he sees when he cuts them
He made a judgement based on what he observed. Emotion had nothing to do with it.
Got an idea for a better mousetrap? Build it and see if it really is better. Talk is cheap and action speaks louder than words.
Wow. It's really amazing how you know absolutely nothing of what you're writing about.
Since they have 80/20 double mortgage, they have to sue themselves.
Which would be fine except that, as defendants, they are denying their own (plaintiff's) claims. That's the idiocy part.
Promising something to get elected and failing to carry out that promise afterward can reasonably be considered a form of fraud.
Only if one is a simpleton.
It doesn't matter whether you were malicious or merely erred, you were still at fault and should be held accountable for your actions.

Just another way of looking at it.
At the risk of invoking Godwin's law, perhaps the most blatant example would be the bombing of Coventry.
Good example...except that it did not happen.
Panasonic makes cameras?
As one might imagine, they are aware of this.
Here is the sad truth, Both the Linux/BSD communities and Microsoft take security more seriously than Apple.
You claim that, despite no Mac OS X viruses in the wild ever? I don't think "security" means what you think it means.
So in other words, we should ultimately blame you for the commercialization and spamming of the internet?
Wrong guy.
When was the last time a real terrorist was found in a border check?
Nine years ago.

This has been done forever. Fractal Design Painter would not only...
