    Bacteria infected their grain, this resulted in anti-biotic beer which became a local herbal remedy or healing potion. No actual discovery of bacteria or idea WHY the remedy heals. Interesting but hardly 'astonishing'.

    Fungus infected the grain, but otherwise you're probably right: Beer made of moldy grain = magic healing properties. Beer made of ordinary grain = headache in the morning.

    If you can connect to remote Registry you might be able to install VNC using the Run regkey and monitor the thief's usage.

    Alternately, use the Service Manager to have Remote Desktop running by default.

    Wait, just looked at a picture of a ram air turbine. It looks like a big paper windmill sticking out of the fuselage. Looks like it could keep functioning inside a dust storm... I hope.

    You know planes aren't held aloft by their engines, right? I mean, it can be hard to find an appropriate landing surface, and you certainly have less maneuvering capabilities

    Without the engines, the flight control hydraulics are inoperative, that means DEAD STICK--no controls.

    There's an emergency generator turbine, it's what saved Transat 236 which glided in from the middle of the Atlantic to the Azores. Swissair 111 wasn't so lucky, their flight controls got fried by an electrical fire. The pilots could do nothing as their plane crashed into Peggy's Cove.

    If that turbine gets clogged and fails too, its game over, man!

    No. This is not a VOIP app. It's merely a call-forwarding hack.

    Receiving a Google Voice call: Forward call to your iphone's number.
    Calling with Google Voice: Call number, call your iPhone, link the two calls.

    You are still using your voice minutes (incoming) to do Google Voice calls.

    This is not the same as the iPhone Skype implementation: The only trick they did is to allow access to the Google Voice web page. The useful stuff, making a call and receiving a call is done by forwarding incoming calls to your iPhone's number and by setting up a 3-way call where GV's PBX where it dials your iPhone and the dialed number.

    In short: this does not work with an iPod Touch.
