I think they dump my resume due to too much experience, and not enough in the new technologies (that you won't be taught in school). Probably also because my manager might be younger and less experienced than me and see me as a threat. There is also the fact that due to my experience they may not see me as mold-able as a young eager to please "I'll do anything" Newb. They probably don't want to waste their time pitching me for a substandard wage and working conditions that they know I won't be happy with.
Find a niche, I am retrofitting old cars with new fuel injected motors and building my own Electronic Engine Controls and rebuilding old Harley's
TheDailyWTF is chock-full of stories about massive security holes in company networks, and the persecution/prosecution of anyone who tries to point them out and get them fixed.
I don't believe they feel that the phone belongs to you until the contract is fulfilled. But wouldn't that be covered by the contract?
Personally it seems that if the carrier wishes to maintain control of a device they can't charge you for the device (or write off it's giveaway cost) until the contract is fulfilled. Why do the big spenders get their cake and eat it too, this decision is clearly biased and not taking into account all the angles that are getting played. The carriers are double dipping.
And WTF is LoC doing interpreting law? That I am sure is a judicial matter.

It's clear that the ugly figure of Jabba and the whole scene smacks of prejudice and vulgar insinuations against Fat slobbering hooka smoking blivet douche bags.
How does Lego fit into this? The movie has been out for years!
I am a Fat slobbering hooka smoking blivet douche bag, you insensitive bastards!
It would allow me to access the full capabilities of my handheld, instead of the crippled giveaway shite they now have. Their walled garden and practice of disabling Features and then charging monthly fees to enable them would end.
The only way that would ever happen is if the whole industry shifted to an open model and they lost market share. Until someone comes along the an open plan and a competitive network, to get the ball rolling.
I would gladly pay retail for my own handset and escape the crippled device and exorbitant fees. And Google's ever present butt sniffing.
In a crisis I want my gun to fire every time I pull the trigger.
My sidearm has a de-cocker and can be dropped or even thrown with a round in the chamber safely.
Say we are in a crisis situation, both pinned down behind cover, I don't have a shot, but you do. You have been shot in your dominant arm (or handicapped one armed) so you are unable to fiddle with a weapon. I can safely throw you my weapon with a round in the chamber ready to shoot, you can pick it up and shoot with no delay. Try that with some electronic gizmo......

However on MY system I will filter whatever the fuck I please. If my customers don't like it they can move on. MY customers have actually asked for the filtering by their complaints about your spew.
In my eyes unsolicited promotional contact through a paid for private system is TRESPASS. What entitles you to traffic in MY system and bother my customers with garbage (troll for lusers)?
Due to my age.

"his remains were found in a parking lot"
I'm thinking "WTF who dumped KR3 in a parking lot"
Title should read "lost remains of KR3 found under parking lot"
Then I could have come to the appropriate conclusion without having to read the article, "Oh, BFD..."
'Why we should build software like we build houses'
So the Hispanics are going to take over software development too?
Oh! Noz! We need help to keep away the bad hackerz! (terrorists)
We need money to rebuild our infrastructure and a special prosecutor to chase the bad terrorists.
(even though they have been wandering around for the last 40 years with their pants down)

The other 10% has already been stolen as well, via the Chinese routers deployed on the network!
The real obstacle is a competitive network that will activate it .
Maybe they were paid to squash it?

it will however take 50 years to clear the path.....
Guns are plenty safe just as they are.
It takes a human to make them unsafe.

I would not do this except as a last resort. You will be labeled as an international hacker.
Unless you hold the domain registration, then you have them by the balls. (for that domain at least)
You assume it is solved, that remains to be seen.
I'm sure some wormy lawyer or darkside technician will find a way around it.

There, I fixed that for you...
is not the government.
It's the corporations!
May the programmers that coded this stuff burn in hell!!!
that might be a good argument.

Is to be smarter than the GPS.....
Try driving a Semi and using even a truck friendly GPS!!!!
With liberty and justice for the One Corporation that will eventually own everything
malware and malicious apps will be availlable.....
Only the lawyers win......
I chose the wrong profession!
But I do sleep well.
This just a proof of concept exercise....
Hay! I betcha $20 I can print a gun!
