Actually, some DaimlerChrysler cars (my parents' minivan) have a little sticker that says it can run on E85. The interesting thing is that E85 which is 85% etanol can be purchased in corn-towns in Minnesota cheaply. E85 and %10 must be subsidized in rural MN./I wouldn't put E85 into my Golf IV but I do use the subsidized %10 ethanol mix.
Eazy E had a song about a recyclable car: "Now I'm rollin' hard now under control
Them wrapped tha '64 around a telephone pole
I looked at my car and I said,"Oh brother!"
Thrown in the gutter and go buy another"
First off, composting is great, I compost all my leaves, yard waste, non-meat food waste, dead plants, etc. However, what I really need is a desktop compost bin for my tea bags and spent loose leaf tea.
That would go great with the tree on my desk. Any ideas on how to produce enough heat with a small enough container to put on ones desk?
Yes, Human nature is the problem. For many it's human nature to drive HUGE Stupid Usless Vehicles, build McMansions on swamps in surburbia, and drive 30+ miles to work. Idiots!
I have a 1000 sq foot house in the city and drive my VW 3.9 miles to work. My fiance walks to work from our house.
Also, I compost everything I can, recycle everything I can, and we only have one 13 gallon bag of garbage/week.
Am I a better than the average consumer? Probably, but I'm also a lazy and cheap bastard.
Simplify people, simplify!
Also, has anyone else notice the positive corelation between satellite dishes and houses that need painting?
My problem is that Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3 does not come out for the PC until March 2002. It is out for the playstation NOW. So the choices are: Buy a PS2 and submit to evil marketers or wait. Waiting is difficult.
Well, maybe they will actually have internet play and make the game stable this time. Unlike...... THPS2
That sounds much like me. I found programming mind numbing and didn't find the rewards in it that many of my friends did. That is why I went the sysadmin route. Now I have what I like to call the "Gray Area" where I can read/. keep up on current events, and hang out.
And remember college is a bunch of shit for a piece of paper that says you can take that much shit. 90% of it is worthless crap
Netscape 6 seems stable to me. I've been using it for about an hour without a crash on winblows 98. My only complaint is that it does not give keyboard shortcuts in Composer.

Or is this one Serious Yahoo?
I wish my Pentium processor was big enough to cook bacon on, Then I'd never have to use my stove.
The real question is:
Does Bill Gates own any oil companies? If so, He's got all the buddies in Washington DC he'll ever need.
If you can't figure out how to put in a Linux CD Rom, reboot and click a couple keys, you probably shouldn't run linux anyway.
It does include the word adobe in the URL.
Plus Adobe's lawyers need something to do.
Yes, the new new economy: Why earn your money when you can sue someone for theirs.
