"Can I have it without porn?"

    "Eeew, without porn? That's disgusting!"

Man, 100GB just doesn't go as far as it used too. Stinkin' RoadRunner is too dang fast!

Damn you, USENET and Kazaa! I need a DVD burner!

  3. What about video? on Sony Presents Bluetooth Digital Camera · · Score: 1

I want a digital camera that will also handle video and sound. 802.11b would be nice too.

Are there any inexpensive digital cameras that handle video and sound? I haven't seen any for under $300USD.

Something other than MPEG-1 video too. The Panasonic AV/10 does MPEG-4, but runs $350+. The Panasonic site doesn't say how much video per MB can be stored, but I would guess about 7MB per minute.

I knew one freak in college who took a lighter to one of those plexiglass front candy machines in the dorm. He burnt a hole all the way through the front, then used a straightened out coat hanger to rake all the goodies into the door area at the bottom.

The "WarWorld" books, set in the same reality, are pretty good too.

No, but you do have to pay for the Kickstart ROM, which is required. You can get it off your Amiga, if you have one, but that requires a cable that, IIRC, is more expensive than the ROM.

The problem with usenet is storage. Your ISP does not like to store huge amounts of binaries. They clean out the big groups too often, causing parts to go missing. Often finding the missing part can take days or weeks.

Also, breaking big files up and reassembling them is a bit of a pain. It is *WAY* easier to just stick the file in your shared directory. Most users just go that path.
