  4. Pypy is python written in Python. Plus Python do handle threads well, see Jython, Pypy and and any other variations that compile to a JIT. Python is way past this both issues.

The trade did no occur in US soil. None of the parties in the trade are under US jurisdiction, not even the arrest was made on US soil.
