    Yes, go to your mom, dad, sister - whoever you think is not geeky enough. Ask them whether they know that mouse wheel is clickable? Now watch them trying to do it... Yeah, great fun. Ask them whether they know that they can drag things with the right mouse button? BTW, Ask them what happens when you drag things with the mouse - will they get moved or copied or what? What exactly in what situation? So, how many points scored? Do you still think that simple mouse (that they probably like to handle with two fingers and release before clicking) is a bad thing for _them_?

    Me - I trained myself to handle my mouse with both hands equally well :) No bash.org'ese replies please :)

    Whatever. Even if some bright guys working there many years ago figured out something really cool it is not a reason to sue _everyone_ now. Ask yourself this question - who will get this (pretty big) money? Definitely not those bright guys (I guess). Big research company, screwed on the market, hire law-cketeers, help destroying the industry. I don't see how it helps your national economy or technology progress.

    I most definitely gonna buy one of those till summer. Pity that I can't quite afford it right now :( I try to keep my expectations on the lower side though. So far I have not seen anything that I would be happy with for home computer - Windows sucks ass (and _severely_ lacks good software these days, as funny as it sounds) and Linux is not for my desktop too (should I hide right now?). Yep - Linux OTOH makes a good server and Windows makes a good... uhm, waste of money? I never owned a Mac and hopefully it is close to what I'm looking for. I don't care much whether it's ultra tiny or it can render Toy Story. I just want to have something usable and fun to play with. Is it easy to program for these days?

    Yeah, cool. But I'd much rather see them fix "Google Groups" (previously known as Usenet). Or - just for fun - fixing Web search so that it at least can search words with flexible endings (search = searches = searching) or to provide options to excluded "Buy! Buy! Buy!" spamming... I'm sure their suggestions box is full.

    IE besides - "Web app" is a darn appropriate interface for a lot of things and definitely the single most widely spread and portable one. The inability to request a "callback" value from the server from the JS code is a huge PITA if you've ever tried programming those.

    $(SUBJ) or is it me? I mean - when I had 1, 2, or even 3 relevant ads per search results page there was a remote chance that I'd check them out. Now - once I counted (IIRC) 16(!) ads per page very few of them if any were relevant. Plus they show tons of competing ads. I say that they are doing serious dis-service to their clients here. And BTW - no, I won't fucking buy Minolta Dimage Z2. What the ... is that shit?

    Ahh, I wouldn't say that they (or ISS men) are going into _space_, much less so the _stars_. It's an Earch orbit. 350-380 kms up from the surface. Just barely outside the athmosphere. Not that it's a piece of cake, of course.
