The floppy is still a good cheap way to backup small important data files. Quicken, WordPerfect, Encryption Keys, etc etc... Its too damned cheap to kill.... 15 bucks for a drive, (if it dies) and ultra cheap meadeum...
That is the PRIME reason console sales are so high. Instert disk/cartrige hit power switch DONE. No OPEN GL / DIRECT X / DRIVER ISSUES blah blah blah.. Just TURN IT ON!

As far as comercials, you PAY for cable and satalite tv but you still get them there.
As far as Clearchannel, all the channels they run In Florida are running on HIT loops. Its like a 20 song mp3 player on repeat.
Another nice thing about 35mm is that you can string it between projectors for a double showing.
