Isn't player base critically important for multiplayer games? PS4's advantage should mean that CoD/BF1/TF2/etc online player base for the game should be sustainable longer than for the XBox One.
The problem is that you can go through the content very quickly. Past month I've made it through: Peaky Blinders s3, Narcos, Marco Polo s1 & s2, and The Last Kingdom. I just canceled because there just isn't anything else I'm interested in. When those shows get new seasons I can just sign back up.
Twitter is toying with the thing that sets it apart. The obvious next change would be to not count hashtags against the limit. And then on top of that they will start changing the character limit to find some sort of sweet spot.
