this is true and a lot of processed gluten free foods are bad for you because like low fat crap they are full of sugar or made from sugary foods. you have to read the labels and know what you are eating. but generally eating gluten free is better for your digestive system, if you do it right.
if you want to stay young, avoid as many processed foods as you can. doesn't matter if they come from whole foods and say organic, they are generally not very good for you
Yankees first baseman just gave up milk as well and says he's never felt better. even if you're not allergic to milk like I am, it's not very good for you after a while
i'm 41. and people who meet me for the first time think i'm in my mid 20's. same with my wife. don't drink more than once or twice a month, exercise, avoid eating out all the time and avoid processed foods. stay away from milk, sugar and gluten. cook for yourself and don't buy the prepared foods
a British national who led the saudi's to revolt against the rule of the ottoman empire to help the british in the middle east. the story of Mohammed is probably more similar since the Muslims actually killed off the Eastern Roman Empire in the end. and there are theories that Mohammed's family was somewhat new in the area and were actually Jews who fled the Roman destruction of Israel during one of the revolts. the Muslim and ancient Christian/Hebrew names for God are virtually identical
frank herbert didn't predict much of anything
if you want to watch a movie on cable TV you have to stream it. get an apple tv or roku and set up the TV provider apps to stream content. the FX NOW app on my apple TV has dozens of movies with no ads or very little ads compared to watching it on TV
Amazon has the HBO back catalog
HBO Now is on Apple TV and will soon go to all devices
I think Showtime is on Slingshot
then there is a mix of netflix, itunes or vudu for other shows
At this point cable TV is for sports, which you can only stream through some pirate sites. commercial breaks are for bathroom, drinks and food.
itunes you can download purchases onto your home computer and stream from it to the apple TV. I think you can do the same thing with Vudu as well. you might have to suffer a slow download one time, but if you have a 3TB hard drive you can simply cache all of your movies on there and not worry about buffering

same thing in NYC except it's old asian ladies. one of them is a neighbor on my floor. they live with families and collect recycling for extra money for the family
i've seen more intersections in europe than round a bouts. a lot of americans want to walk into the street without paying attention and then complain why the world doesn't revolve around them
the original roads in downtown manhattan were built for bikes and pedestrians. as the city expanded along with car ownership the roads were built for cars and trucks.
the original iphone had a pretty slow CPU compared to everyone else. wait till money pours into the new sector and this will spur development.
15 years ago ARM was in the "embedded" space which was low margins and low volumes. now i can go through a whole day using only ARM cpu based devices and no windows.
these are the new streetsblog idiots who want to walk in the streets and have cars stop on command. they will go away in a few years because millennials are starting to buy more cars and get away from the idiotic cars are bad crap i've seen spouted in the last few years.
i live on the blvd of death in NYC and they made safety improvements 15 years ago by building fences in the islands so people don't cross outside the crosswalk. the next month a 68 year old man died when he slipped jumping over the fence mid-block and falling into moving traffic. here in NYC i've seen dummies cross the street midblock behind a car with it's reverse lights on trying to get out of a parking spot. don't get me started on all the people on bikes who run red lights all the time
a lot of the indie authors already sell on itunes, google, nook and other platforms so it's not a big deal. most of the good books i want to read aren't on kindle unlimited and most likely will never be on there
obviously you have never dealt with ConEd
$55 a month just for wiring fee, half a dozen other fees and finally you get to the line item to buy electricity. $25 a month out of a $90 bill

i used to insert the cartridges too hard and broke it to the point where i had to spend 15 minutes playing with it every time i wanted to play a game
TPB is a huge money making machine making money off advertising. they weren't doing it for a noble purpose
Netflix has their cdn boxes everywhere. That's a physical presence
lots of settled science has been debunked over the decades
