The strong, witty characters are already basically a requirement on tv shows these days, so it makes sense to put the characters in an environment in our Star Trek universe where they need to be strong and witty. With the Klingons, it's sure to be action. I would watch almost anything with Star Trek in it, but I already like action shows.
This show should be set after the events of Star Trek: Nemesis so we can see what keeps happening in the Prime universe.
