Oh honey, most of us weren't voting for Trump, but against Hillary. If we'd been given the choice by the corrupt DNC, Bernie would probably be president elect. If the Dems had run a lesser evil incarnate than Hillary, many of us might have voted for him/her, or at least for 3rd party instead of Trump. Jill Stein was a very attractive candidate, but keeping Hillary out was even better. Hillary is why trump won.

  8. When was the last time you saw a cabbie get fired over a complaint? In my case, never. Uber refuses to work with people who get low ratings, and asks for a rating for every ride. That may not do much to prevent your once a year serial rapist, but it sure does weed out the regular shitheads pretty well. Also, Uber vehicles, being people's personal vehicles, are consistently far cleaner than cabs, and they usually (USUALLY) drive safer too.

Trump's only hope, just as Hillary's only hope was, is to pick competent advisers on the subject. 13. Or there's opposition to the massive clusterfuck known as the TPP. Hillary helped create that shitfest, AND has referred to it as the gold standard of trade agreements. Well, there are two kinds of "fuck you" possible for the democrat who refuses Hillary's corrupt presidency. There's the minor "fuck you" in which they vote third party or write in someone such as Vermin Supreme, and there's the major "fuck you", in which they vote for Trump, because when their own party is that corrupt they might as well watch it all burn. Personally, I'm going with the major version. I've had it with both parties, and Trump seems like a wrench in the gears of government to me. I can go live in the woods for a decade growing/killing my own food if shit hits the fan.

  20. I ended up going with backblaze too, and they're fantastic for the price, but they do have some major flaws.

The first flaw is the inability to specify folders to INCLUDE instead of exclude. It's very tedious depending on how your drives are organized to exclude everything that doesn't need backup.

The second is that some of their exclusions are mandatory.

The third is no Linux support.

The fourth is no ability to prioritize which files need backed up first. If I download a movie, then do my taxes, then do some work, It'd be nice to be able to specify that the folder with movies in it is less important than my job stuff and my taxes and should be backed up after those.
