Easy. Open the letter ONCE in the bulk mail folder, and click "This is not bulk-mail". It adds the sender to a special list that doesn't get sent to the folder.
Works good for me. It catches around 20+ a day for me.
A Quote from the MSNBC article... "We have no law on this, so we are looking for a law" that can be used, said Federico Opinion, chief of the National Bureau of Investigation.
--Wow, we don't have a law. hey let's make one and prosecute somebody for breaking it --Now doesn't that sound just like our crappy US law system??--
Maybe we will get decent drivers support this time...and not have to go through the hoops of trying to get a "56k" winmodem to connect at speeds > 28.8.
and a QNX driver for an i-opener would be good too:)
I work at an IT company, somewhere around 100 employees. All of a sudden, we impliment a new drug policy just because "other local companies are doing it".
Turns out the only other local companies are manufacturing plants, and they do have a high rate of drug use in some plants.
The only heavy machines we have here are S/390s:)
I guess some companies don't understand how to make effective policies for ADULTS. Is it really necessary to put up a sign in the bathroom requiring all employees to wash their hands after ???? (really!) Steven V.
I don't think the strength of the magnet has much to do with it...It has more to do with moving the magnet to get the electrons on the disk to get up and dance...
I used to take a fridge magnet and move it back and forth across the disk a few times on floppies I wanted to destroy.
What gets me is the way the news outlets report about "slumping" sales and people aren't buying enough. Why do people insist that corporations have a god-given right to sales?
At least you folks don't have to live in the same town with them...
I happen to live in Tupelo, MS. Home of the great AFA.
We used to have around 8 video stores in Tupelo, until the AFA decided that renting out softporn was just god-awful and had to be stopped. They picketed and rezoned and boycotted until now there are only 4 video stores left in Tupelo (2 of which are big name chain stores) Now this wouldn't be too bad, but I just abhor having to pay $5 a night for videos at a chain store when I could rent from one of the smaller stores for a buck a night. All that to "protect your childern"
The problem is that 95% of filtering software inadvertently (or sometimes not) will block sites that have absolutely nothing to do with porn. It not that the libraries should carry porn, it's just the methods of censorship are just not *perfect*... Steven V.
I don't know where the hell you rent your movies, but around here it's $3.50 a night ! (unless you want to rent something that has been out for a looong time...
Hey, I'm happy they aren't releasing a bug-ridden, hey-lets-write-a-fast-buck sequal...Besides, more developement time means multiplayer code will be that much better.
I believe the US tested out their newest EMP weapon in the recent bombing campaign in Serbia. Seems like it was a small device attached to a stealth plane...

Since Unix is copyrighted, too bad you can't register *nix.com.

I think this is a bad turn...How many more companies offer Linux support contracts?
I *know* they have more name recognition in companies. If you can call and get support==more linux used in businesses.

...and Megadeth. They even wrote a song about em.

Plus you would still need a proxy client.
Don't see that happening for a LONG time.

Don't give LinuxOne any ideas!!

Yes, but with nobody forcing domain registrars to
give out the correct endings for site.
Example: Right now, yahoo could go claim
yahoo.org even though they are a multi-
million dollar company.

Just look at Red Hat's stock price today ($250 a share!!) It's no wonder they can afford to spend as much as they want.

yeah, but you'd probably also shut off their car's electrical system too...
