I download some TV shows from p2p services. Most rips will have the commercials cut out, which is an added bonus.

I went three years straight and never paid for a pass. You could regiser for the exhibits hall for free through the COMDEX website.
Stock art isn't the problem. Stock art is very cost-effective compared to finding models and a photographer. The problem is that they use such art for testimonials.

Your idiotic arguments do more to belittle the linux community than silly games ever will. The more of this useless "Nobody will take linux seriously unless..." Furthermore, industry <b>does</b> take the linux community seriously. MS has publicly admitted that Linux is it's biggest competitor. Larger and larger installations are going on around the world (just search slashdot).

The real linux community, the developers, is not immature. Anyone can make spelling errors, and because of this, if you ever see that all the comments misspelling distribution are heading down the road to poor syntax, you can learn (no, seriously, it really is a novel idea) how to speak the fucking English language (if it's important enough to you). The motherboard in our DB machine at work has an ATI Rage chip integrated. Especially useful for rendering our logs in 3D. It doesn't support vertex shaders, though, so the lighting on the timestamps is kind of shoddy.
