    No need to get an IP connected TV when your PS3, modern DVD player, AppleTV and any number of other appliances have Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Streaming built in, or the ability to download and install those apps through the UI.

    Sure, IP-connected TV is nice, but is sort of redundant with the diaspora of network connected set-top boxes that will play games, DVDs, music, photos and other digital media have become the norm in the last few years.

    I for one am glad that this cop is out ticketing Map App users. Current Models of iPhone and Android maps have VOICE INSTRUCTIONS that tell you how far to drive and where to turn. I can only imagine that these are Android users who bought some cheap piece of shit phone that the manufacturer released with an already obsolete OS who have never and will never update their OS and are the main cause of Android version fragmentation.

    I only wish he could put these Android users in JAIL.

    Seeing as how vital utilities are to our Nation's livelihood and welfare, I can't possibly see any scenario in which outsourcing the IT duties to any Foreign National should be considered anything but a gigantic security risk. It's no secret that any given network on the electric grid can cause widespread outages beyond it's customer base. Congress needs to pass a law requiring all Utilities to employ their own IT departments comprised of US Nationals on US Soil.

    yeah -- and I for one stick to Apple becauseI have no need to waste time fucking about with my phone's UI and the fact that most vendors lock you to a specific OS release, leaving it up to the user to go about figuring out how to get in and update the OS by themselves.

    So hey -- you might get a big stiffy for all that "hands on uber-geekness", I for one just want a smart phone that works well, gets regular OS updates and where I don't have to suspect each and every app of being a trojan.
