This is interesting because there was alot of hoopla about people wanting tempory phones to use durning DefCon 11, the international attendee's got cell phone bill sticker shock when they returned to their respective countries (mostly Canadain that I know of). Now you can be anonymous, and still not miss a great PoolCon party!
...The ISP is suppose to know where these sites are to begin with. Further, if we know where they are, why are we not going after them? "ok block the ip of the Kiddy porn site, but don't leave it up to us to shut them down!"
Then paint company's loose money, fender shops go under, and suddenly there are lobbist in congress with a environment report from Dr. DoBad to prove to congress why we need to ban this great technogy from use on cars. Ahhh politic's at there best!:)
well those 16 year old programmers living in mom and pa's house maybe. How do you put that on your christmas list "ma I need Dev kits, can you put those next to the sox under the tree?"
Refer to the story of 16-year old cleaning up Netscape display code in his basement!
on the subject of law enforcement, what about computer foresnic's (sp?) if you have an AA/AS or better, you just dump 6months into a criminal justice degree, and you can go to gov, or local law to chase online freaks n' sort
First before you can get someone to understand an agrement they have to read it, what about a voice speaking it to the consumer, and they have to wait for it to finish before they can go on.
and give a password at the end for mass install freaks to bypass it from then on.
Not exactly totaly effecient, but it's a good start

Many pages get "slashdotted" but obvously slashdot itself *usually* is not affected by this! Maybe they should follow slashdot's lead, yeah?
Looks like they are slashdotted this time!!!
Well my company must be doing good, because we get a raffle, open bar, and "Santa" will make a cameo to give gifts to the kids.
