I worked for the Starbucks Coffee Company (not in R&D) and I recall a nasty drink they had in testing that was carbonated coffee. It was revolting - maybe Coke will make it happen. I wish I could recall the name they had for it.
I purchase AAC files from allofmp3, the files are generally smaller than the 128 mp3 counterpart and sound great. Play perfectly on the iPod and have zero DRM.
I'd wager you'd break a toe unless you were wearing steel-tipped boots if you kicked a G5 PowerMac - 1/8" sides - it is heavy too. It saved my Cinema Display last weekend when a book case fell on it. Not a scratch on either!
Speaking as a WA resident, I was stopped for 71 in a 60 a few years ago. I wrote the Washington State Dept. of Transportation asking for the average speed of vehicles thru that part of the freeway that time of the day.
Suprisingly, they responded and the average speed was 71 MPH! The limit is artificially low, I got my case thrown out just on that report.
Another surprise was that was the LOWEST average speed during daylight hours, speeds averaging 77 (in a 60MPH speed limit) around noon to dusk.
Hey, I don't know what everyone's aversions to station wagons are, but the Olds is a car I wouldn't mind owning... it had a great sunroof for the kids in the back, big V8 and plenty of interior space.
Of course the "holes" you listed are all plugged. You'll notice that none of those were exploited, Apple fixed them before publicly acknowledging they fixed the problem.
There is simply no comparison to OS X security and Windows.
It is called an iPod+iTunes. Nothing new!

The best of all worlds according to me.
Agreed. I have abused my iPod as I am a certified klutz (traced through genealogy).. never had a hiccup.
I thought for sure mowing the lawn with it getting vibrated pretty good would cause it to skip. Not the case.
Given the choice though, at equal costs, I'd take a flash drive.
Mac users (OS X) have the best thing out there that I've seen thus far short of the ISPs own filtering.

Even if you aren't intersted or already have filtering this guy's page is very interesting - he even updates definitions often.

Actually there was a Colt Vista from Dodge.
It was a POS too.
No, I'm not shocked! I posted that because I'm one of them!
And then I get "flame bait!". I've never flame bated anyone in my life... who does these ratings?
Nothing I love better than a new machine running the latest and greatest, and an old machine still hauling the mail.
"Heck, how many Windows 3.11 or Window 95 boxes are still out there?" -- Answer: Millions, they're just running WinXP now.
You're right, I am smiling!

The already are immune.
I've been doing it for FREE on my Mac since 1998 when I started caring. I haven't waited for anything, this just makes it easier.
I agree! I hate getting up at 4AM local to hear Radio New Zealand International.
