I think "Wireless" should be a topic on slashdot. There is so much past news and news yet to come on this topic. It makes sense to document and archive it distinctly.

Sendmail is pretty popular, If I could cron download: http://okean.com/sinokoreacidr.txt and append it to my/etc/mail/access with "5.5.3 GOAWAY" at EOL instead of "Korea"/"China" at EOL, I would use it! I wish I could shell script better.

Paypal works fine as long as you have no need for any human interaction. While you're sending money, they are happy to skim 5-10% off each transaction. When the unimaginable happens and you need customer service, there is no one to help you.
I have had to deal with them several times, not one of which was a positive experience. They are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was looking forward to seeing eliminated by friendlier competition; but now we'll have to see what EBay does with it.
Gov. Gray Davis is probably receiving some sort of "appreciation" for allowing company 'X' to conduct their research. Not to mention many other multi-billion dollar bio-medical research and pharmaceuticals will move to or conceive in CA.
I would agree with you, however this company already has million invested. I would invest if public. Any investory would see dollar signs in technology like this. If one folds, another will take rank and the market.
Probably through product placement in the shows you have come to love in their pure form.
I say good for them. Companies need to take some responsibility for the waste they are indirectly generating.
Let bigblue and hcraq follow suit.

I have lots of mp3z on my work notebook. Its unlikely I will use it as much as I do now if I can't have music when I'm working on the run.

Am I the only one that doesn't want to see these two fight? They both stand for all that is good.
What if they team up and kill Alien+Predator.
What if they team up and kill Stay-puff Marshmallow-man.

drm.microsoft.com will replace free.aol.com for the number 1 spot in my hosts file.
...
/dev/null
127.0.0.1 drm.microsoft.com
127.0.0.1 free.aol.com
127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.com
Maybe I'll just ad a microsoft.com zone to my dns server
