Basically, the new deals that our comming out, you recieve a certain amount of minutes. Like I have 300 weeday daytime minutes, and 800 weakend and night minutes.

So the new deal is that you are able to call anyone in the US for no additional charge (it just uses you minutes like a normal local call).

So this feature can save a people a lot of money instead of paying 80 to 100 on a phone bill, it can be more like 35 to 60.

My guess is that one of the next killer apps will be some cross between p2p and bbs's. This way the sysop doesn't have to manage the files and eliminates his bandwidth problems, you get a more fimuluar way of downloading for newbies, the fun message boards of old and the smaller community feel.

I urge people to get back into the bbs scene!

It much faster to just browse through our main intranet page than to use the search. I don't know if it's an old version but the version is "altaVista search engine 3.0".

I'm sorry I am not very fimular with how AltaVista and Google work. All I know is that from a user's perspective AltaVista awful.

True, but this can be bad if you don't want people to find you. In the highly unlikely scenerio that someone does know that you have purchesed "Richard Simmons Sweeting to the Crappy Oldies" and good old crazy Richard is coming into your town for a demo/presentation. That person might try and find you there (maybe even increase his chances by sending you a pamphlet about the event). What he wants with you? I don't know, maybe someone wants revenge on you for breaking his sister heart or something (kind of a bad example).

Most of us have no need to be this paranoid, but once someone starts profiling you, it becomes easier to get other info (bank accounts, ss#). They are able to trap you with your habbits.

Many great true stories and how too's in this book that I highly recomend:
