Glen Cook had an EXCELLENT novel written about 20 years ago that had the basic interstellar/galactic travel method was a weblike structure that threaded through the galaxie(s), connecting one system to another...
Just like half the other posters, I'd gladly take a P3 off your hands, and even give you a few dollars for your time! My mom's been talking about getting a computer recently, and one of these would probably be just fine for her.
Danica McKellar http://www.danicamckellar.com/ is better known as Winnie from the Wonder Years. She's also been on HOW I MET YOUR MOM, THE WEST WING, and a few other shows.
Her geek cred comes from her co-authorship of the paper titled "Percolation and Gibbs states multiplicity for ferromagnetic Ashkin-Teller models on \mathbb{Z}^2" http://www.danicamckellar.com/math/percolation.pdf (warning, pdf).
I would definitely be picking it up. I enjoyed the first two games, and my stepson is enjoying the heck out of it at a friends house. I think that this would be worth my money.
I want the sound to work better. I am tired of the soundtrack swelling at *just* the right time to make the actual dialogue impossible to hear. Difficult as it may be to believe, some of us do play the games for the plot, as much as the "come in peace, shoot to kill" game play.
The company I work for switched to thin clients about 5-6 months ago, and frankly, they suck. I'm sure it's compounded by our servers being housed across the country from my location, but we frequently experience buggy connectivity to vital customer support databases.
All three of these games have been covered on G4's X-Play. Of course, the only reason I know that is because my 12 year old stepson-type (gf's son) watches it religiously.
Because of the review for BG&E, I bought it (for $10) and like you said, it was a brilliant game. The boy wants to get Psychonauts, but I haven't seen it in the stores anywhere. Okami, not my type of game, but it does have some very intriguing art.
IOW, I agree. Advertising was damn near non-existent for these games.
In my area, Charter communications has a 384 k connection or a 3 meg connection, for 24.95 or $45.99 a month. Nothing in between. Upload was a crappy 256k
I'm currently paying $24.95/month for my 3 meg AT&T/SBC DSL with 512k upload.
b) If the steps taken to take this research and create a anti-cancer drug from it were obvious, it would be an outcry if the US pantent office gave the patent to a single company.
And this would stop the US Patent offices how? They sure don't seem to pay attention at any other time...
The Bohr Model is probably familar as the "planetary model" of the atom illustrated in the adjacent figure that, for example, is used as a symbol for atomic energy (a bit of a misnomer, since the energy in "atomic energy" is actually the energy of the nucleus, rather than the entire atom). In the Bohr Model the neutrons and protons (symbolized by red and blue balls in the adjacent image) occupy a dense central region called the nucleus, and the electrons orbit the nucleus much like planets orbiting the Sun (but the orbits are not confined to a plane as is approximately true in the Solar System).
I also have a storage room rental -- does that mean the owner is allowed to do random checks for stolen goods? Just in case?
Depends. What does your contract with them say?
If only the kids would spend less time using it to watch Eric Herman and Dora the Explorer... d^_^b
You're the parent. Parent.
It's called Slayer of the Lifeless.

Go Glen!
Step 4 is obviously "insert toad DNA".

I'm a 1%er too, and mine reads GMAIL - INBOX (#ofemails) - email address, on the new interface as well as the old...

Plus, she's hotter than Natalie is now.

You'er on Thrall, too? Or is it someting pandemic to WoW?

Its only 36 after the revised standards...

Here's a link to the wiki on the subjecti ng

The hard drive is an innovation not because of the size, but because of the technology used to create the storage space.
I think we might have found Hoffa.

(note: following instructions != skill)
I have to disagree with this. After years in tech support, following instructions is VERY MUCH a skill...and one that many people seem to lack.
Don't you mean "Swiit"?

Actually, the mystics were uknown as the UrRu.
The Bohr Atomic Postulate is probably a reference to the Bohr Atomic Model:r .html

No, but it's helpful to keep it relatively nearby your support staff.
Which is of course what's going to happen with this.
