I can understand why you may want to punish John Walker Lindh, but it doesn't make sense to make an example out of him "in order to physically intimidate liberals, by making them realize that they can be killed too". If that is Ann Coulter's motivation, then her thinking is flawed. I cannot speak intelligently on the actions of Mr. Lindh, I can, however, tell you that killing him would not change "liberal" activities, and would only serve to illustrate the flawed mentallity of the conservative right.
It seems to me if you have an idea or a plan, you have to consider the effect of said plan. If your plan is based purely on an ideal and not rational thought, chances are it will not only fail, but from the perspective of social impact, the effect could be devastating.
In other words the conservative right needs to pull their heads out of their asses and realize that what they are fighting against is the long term effects of what they are fighting for. Only someone else tried it first. What would be the difference between a Christian theocracy and an Islamic one? Fundamentalism is terrorism, and that should be our enemy - be it Christian or otherwise.

If you can "out" the contractor and make a big enough stink about it - AND - sustain their exposure, I believe the spammers would naturally dry up due to lack of demand. Not very hi-tech, no real work around (you gotta tell someone who you are eventually to get a sale), but a shitload of work.

The point being that I'd like to eventually have my users and my servers on the same OS. With the new Fedora BS, I have decided to change distributions. I had felt going with the market leader, I would have the best Linux had to offer. As soon as I convinced the pointy hairs that we need to make this migration, get the servers up on RH and some of the engineers up and running - RH lets us know - Don't count on us for desktop, use windows. I am sure you can imagine how much of an ass I look like now.
See ya around RH, I just got my debian WS up and I am migrating my servers next. I appreciate you doing this early in my migration process, it makes the switch that much easier.

I know every single server I manage, every single workstation in my house is linux. But I support sales people. I must use Windows on a workstation to natively support those guys - yes I have many "workstaions" for various projects - only one with windows. So I am paid to use MS. If you were PAID to use MS, you would as well. Don't kid yourself and don't even think of calling me a sellout.

Then use turtle cvs as a client (on win, to avoid all of those nasty command lines) or have your ide do it. You just gotta read, we can all read right?
So, maybe not for an aol user, but certainly most people on this site could set it up - even the gnaa.
