    Yep, when I asked a workmate "can you send me that GIF" he replied "It's pronounced JIF", and I told him "Yes but you knew exactly what I meant".

    Why not edit up some babies that can digest plastic. Then let em loose in all those places that people are complaining about all the plastic pollution. Hell we wouldn't even need to educate them, just let em loose to eat and breed.

    Yeah a 2 hour session in Borderlands 2 was giving me aches in different areas around my eyes and head in general. I could do longer in skyrim but need to stop for coffee to build up the will to go on. Not saying it's grindy but...

    Don't know about others but the PS VR lets a lot of light in, you have to press it pretty hard to your face to block it all out. I have the lights dimmed at night, but in the evenings after work it's not much fun with the setting sun hitting the windows beside my VR playing area, even with full curtains. The curtains could be replaced I guess, but this hasn't been a priority yet.

    Heh, saturated. Sounds uncomfortable.

    The more important issue is I can't drink scotch with that helmet on. No, I'm not going to drink scotch thru a straw. So it has to come off regularly.

    How popular is Chocolatey? Are there other similar tools for Windows? It would be cool to have a well supported package manager similar to the popular Linux ones. And no, not the Windows App store. Please.

  8. Personally the Windows zip management doesn't impress me at all, I much prefer 7zip. Also use 7zip for the rare use of rar files, which I don't encounter often any more.

    Then again there is the NZ way, just raise your prices to cover potential credit card fees, whether the buyer uses one or not.

    It's not just the issue of attracting external thieves to your premises or to the person transporting your cash to the bank, there is also the overhead of having to install security cameras and watch your own staff full time, cos anybody handling those big bills gets tempted to slip a few into a pocket eventually. Having cash being handled forces distrust of employees, making for a less comfortable work place.

    Unless they contracted some musicians for a fixed rate to produce tracks which Spotify then owned fully.
    Then the listeners who let that stuff be played to them are still paying for music, but Spotify would not need to pay an artist for it. That would be profit straight to themselves.

    Yes, The Expanse is what stood out most for me, that was the best sci fi we have had recently.

    Yeah, in some movies I can almost hear the MST3K voices chanting "stunt double stunt double" when the person on the motorbike, cliffside or whatever has completely different body build than the actor and is wearing a helmet for no sensible reason other than hiding their face.
