... over the spammer whose doing the job he was hired to do. So, digging deeper in that vein we should be looking at the companies who are hiring these spam-a-jammas and start these types of tactics right at the source of the income (or right at the company themselves).
Is there a place already where we can add to a database of the companies who hire spammers?
Ok... opening myself up for flames for admitting not reading all the replies... and ranting...... but it is beyond me why anyone would use any M$ product/service with all of the bloody security holes in everything the seem to produce.
I now think that ZOMBO.com sucked an IQ point or three from me sitting there waiting to see if he'd say anything different... sheesh.

While we're on the subject of artsy sites, I submit Zombo.com for your perusal. I believe it to be the only web site that claims the infinite is possible.
After grudgingly downloading this via Software Update (network congestion?)... this installed nicely and blew away a list of bugz that I had personally.
I am running a G3/300 Beige MT with 768MB RAM and OS X is (so far) running very nicely.
So far so good... I too get excited when there are new Apple releases.:)
Aside from the big news about a cloned human... can you imagine the mascot for Clone Aid? (Images of various Kool Aid pitchers in my head morphing into various clones). Ok, maybe not that funny...
How is it that if some entity puts their information onto the net, where they would like everyone on the globe to see it, that they are bitching that Google is caching their info to ultimately send them to their site.

Dear Valued Customer,
Recently, AT&T Broadband sent you communications regarding Excite@Homes bankruptcy filing. As we stated in this communication, AT&T Broadband was taking precautionary measures to develop alternative homepage content in the event AT&T was unable to purchase the Excite@Home network.
We are sending this email to notify you that AT&Ts proposal was rejected. Therefore, AT&T Broadbands current @Home homepage content will no longer be available. In its place, we will be providing a new homepage featuring Yahoo, at http://home.attbroadband.com/. All other aspects of the service, such as email and Internet access will not be affected by the homepage content change.
If your homepage is set to home.excite.com, upon opening your browser, you will be automatically redirected to a website outlining instructions to reset your homepage.
The step-by-step instructions for supported IE browsers are listed below: 1. Open your browser 2. Go to the new homepage http://home.attbroadband.com/ 3. Click the Tools menu, then select Internet Options 4. Click Use Current 5. Click Apply and then Click Ok 6. You are ready to go with your new home page being http://home.attbroadband.com/
If you have additional questions concerning the new homepage, please view the Announcements and Updates section at http://help.broadband.att.com/.
While we realize this change may cause some inconvenience, please be assured that we are working hard to provide you with the best high-speed cable Internet service possible.
We appreciate your patience and your business.
Sincerely,
Susan K. Marshall

... to drive and chat on the damned thing.
Let this be a lesson to you.
The machine I run here is:
:)
G3/300 w/768mb memory
firewire/usb 2.0 combo card
Radeon 7000 w/32MB
120GB internal
external 12x8x32x CDRW
Just need to upgrade the processor... then it's time to get me a G5.
Verizon, PECo (now Exelon) all own our politicians lock stock and barrel. It's not right, but that is how it's done in PA.
Exelon?? That is too good to be true... very close to the oil company "with the hope of emerging from bankruptcy".

Now say if Micro$oft took all the time, energy and money and put them into checking their own code fiasco(s), they might be reporting the truth.
M$ seems to think that it can buy itself the positive spinit needs by owning it's own network.
It's a sweet program but not yet for OS X.

I have been an AT&T broadband customer as well for some months now and have been quite happy. Moreso than I ever was as a DSL via QWERST.
