It may fly, but it almost always uses up a *very* large amount of processor time. Try opening up task manager or something that can monitor processor usage while looking at your files.
This is specifically why I *always* disable flash on my own personal computers, as having 2-3 different flash files open can easily slow down everything else. This is also important on a laptop, where proper management of processor usage can extend battery life and reduce heat buildup.
Does the PSP have a sleep mode? I normally keep my DS in sleep mode with the cover closed, and I can be playing Mario almost instantaneously like that.

GAIM has supported OSCAR for a very long time. I believe it did when I used.59, and I'm currently using Adium (based on 1.0). I don't think it supports HTTPS tunnelling, though..
Hmm... Theoretically, wouldn't the digestive tract be able to evolve into something jet-like? It's basically a large tube running through the body surrounded by muscle that lets it contract sequentially lengthwise. It probably wouldn't be enough for movement through the air, but it could be enough for movement through water.
There is the problem of it actually being needed for digestion... but I guess it could filter-feed...
The Nitro project is actually working on tunnelling games over the internet. I believe they're using some of this guy's data as help, but they're also doing other stuff.
I was actually considering buying one of those. (actually, the drop-in replacement designed *specifically* for Apple Notebooks).. but it is rather expensive. Also, I worry about the lack of tactile feedback a big giant touchpad wil give you. There seem to be some very nice benefits to that unit though; All those gestures.
I believe the difference is that those plugins are merely hacked versions of the Microsoft codecs. Not only is this illegal, but it means that the codecs are *not* portable, and can't go anywhere but x86. The codec DVD Jon is apparently his own code, and can do whatever he wants.
Funny, I remember seeing somewhere a process to basically melt the front of a painting into a mold in order to replicate the z-dimension aspect of a hand-painted painting.
I wonder if this can be done over WiFi. I know that it's normally done using the proprietary wireless protocol, but if it could be done over wifi, then many could transfer games with no new hardware.
What does this mean for their GameBoy work? IIRC, they (Rare, specifically) were still making games for the Gameboy, and stated that they were free to do so because they did not have a competing system. Now that they have one (sort of), will they keep releasing GBA games?
..why did I almost see that as "Rectal Toolbar"?
It's called FSN, and it's right here
..and you're further proud of giving oil companies *more* money through this..
I'm unsure why you're proud of this..
Aren't you basically pushing *more* ads onto the public? I'd not call that a particularly good thing..

I think he's referring to the fact that you can't bookmark "pages" inside a flash file.
And you *still* can't middle-click on a link in a flash file to have it open in a new tab.

That's a $15 shareware driver that'll give you your 3-button mouse and a scrollbar on the side.

Why is this story listed under OS 9? If you're going to put a Mac OS there, shouldn't it be OS X?

It's "NUS", for "Nintendo Ultra System"
Yeah, well, *I* installed Firefox 1.0 and my harddrive failed!!
Are you sure it's real? I thought most SSNs were xxx-xx-xxxx, not xxx-xx-xxxxx
well.. O'Neill's son is Charlie, and O'Neil's son is Tyler. (look at the certificate on the kid's shelf in the beginning of the movie)
..and isn't that episode supposed to also have mini-O'Neil?
woohoo! no more EA for a while!
