Let me guess: speech that is broadcasted to the entire nation, if not the world, also falls within your broad definition of conspiracy that is so vague and generalized as to be nearly meaningless.

Something to consider, abject of any reason or rationality in applying such a legal definition is what gave meaning to the phrase "show me the man and I'll show you the crime". This tactic is immoral, it is perverse, and it serves a purpose that is the very opposite of justice. It ruined the life of Aaron Swartz and others like him. "Because Trump" is not an excuse, and I hope that you never find yourself on the receiving end of a life-altering legal inquisition.

Yes, because foreign intelligence would have ignored Clinton's servers if not for Trump's encouragement. I guess it's a good thing the servers were already exposed and offline because Judicial Watch wanted to know why there was no emails for the secretary of state available for their FOIA requests. Unless the Russians have time travel?

But the suggestion that Russians take the top secret and SAP classified information they would find from the unsecured server, and provide that to the news media, is the real felony. After all, Comey proved Clinton did nothing wrong with her 'extreme carelessness', because who needs a SCIF when you have Platte River to watch over your exchange server?

But where I'm confused, is that Trump Jr. supposedly receives this information as a quid pro quo bribe in exchange for getting rid of the Magnitsky Act once Trump is elected. Yet for some reason Mueller announces 'no further indictments'. You'd think evidence of receiving stolen top secret information would be easy to find, especially considering the Trump Tower was under surveillance by the FBI at the time.

So was Mueller secretly working to protect Trump also?

Yes, but the only way to counter the big lie is to point it out every time it's repeated. It sucks, but it's a game of attrition and persistence.

I think some powerful interests aren't too happy that Trump was elected under Zuckerberg's watch. It was after that when Facebook became under such intense media scrutiny, under the flimsy pretext of election 'interference'. Even though Facebook is ramping up the censorship and deplatforming now, it's probably too little too late.

TPTB want a sock puppet in charge of one of the largest most influential social media sites, and I sincerely doubt that is Zuckerberg. They also tend not to be very forgiving once slighted.

It's exactly what the establishment republicans Trump is forced to surround himself with for political support enjoy, having a nice scapegoat. The guy that was a new york democrat for decades, now pushing the policy of the robber-barons, and almost noone bothers to ask why. Couldn't possibly be because "resist!!" forces him to play by their rules, could it?

Job number one is to preserve his presidency, and he can't do that if both sides are utterly maligned against him. What's he supposed to do, when the dems yammers endlessly on about collusion conspiracy theories and "impeach!" and the press does "two scoops!" stories on him cover to cover? He tried appeasement with bump-stock bans and angered his base, and look what that got him from the left. Zilch.

This is not a defense of Trump, it's just acknowledging political reality. What it means is that these anti-environmental policies were only to be expected because the left treats Trump as enemy #1. The left wants better environmental policies? Put the irrational hatred aside and learn to deal with him and compromise, or you'll have five more years of watching the robber barons get what they want.

"they really want to vote but can't afford $20 for an ID" doesn't really fly when the ID's are free. You'd think not being able to do all the things that having an ID is required for just for daily life would be a motivating factor, but noooo. We have to play the "non whites are just too poor and disadvantaged to have one" while accusing the other side of racism. It's so fucking illogical it makes my head hurt.

  24. Say what you want about Trump. But thanks to his election we got to see how corrupt are the FBI, the FISA courts, the DOJ, and how the Democrat party and the majority of the media was in Hillary's pocket the entire time. It was only this corruption permeating through critical organs of government that allowed her to even to run as a candidate, that denied a reputable statesman the very opportunity.

Also we have no idea the true extent of the corruption and crimes that Clinton has done, as even Trump's DOJ is shielding her. We don't even know the nature of the SAP classified material she was leaking due to negligence or otherwise. Has there ever been a real investigation, when we know the leadership at the FBI held such deep partisan bias?

There isn't even a point for comparison yet.

  25. Election integrity is the single most important aspect of a democracy, and the fact that apparently only Democrats seem concerned with the fact that so many of our elections can be easily and invisibly rigged should be deeply disturbing.

Democrats are only concerned with election integrity in Republican held districts, for obvious reasons. You don't get to grandstand about the how much the Dems care about integrity of elections, when they are actively involved in censorship on social media, obstructing voter ID laws, and smearing Republican opponents as being supported by Russian trolls when they themselves are the Russian trolls.

Does Republican states need to be held accountable for voting integrity? Absolutely. But let's not forget for one moment the Dem's tendency for projection.
