    I've never bought a car radio/stereo. The reason? My car came with a perfectly good radio, and I don't need anything better.

    Most people don't care about browsers. They need to have one, but if their computer/OS comes with one, they don't need anything else.

    Bullshit! English spelling is retained because we're used to it. Period! Everyone is used to seeing "night" and "through" and see no reason to change. It's not logical, and it drives learners crazy, but we're used to it. I ASSume it's the same with Japanese. They don't care that it makes things harder for the gaijin, THEY are used to it, and that's all that matters.

    I'm not as fit as I'd like, but I'm not in too bad a shape. I always tend to pack on extra pounds in the winter. Now that I can walk in the daylight after work, that will help.

    Apparently for good reason! I bought my iBook G4 over a year ago, and had absolutely no problems. I have bought 2 non-Apple craptops, and both had problems in 6 months or less.

    But, in 2007, most of his users WILL still have the Start button. Especially since all the Christmas computers they got in 2006 will still have a Start button. Vista will take awhile to become widespread.

    You had better not run Firefox than, because Firefox has never had a period that long wihout a major vulnerability


    One difference is, when FF has a major vulnerability on the 2nd Wednesday, they'll have the fix ready before the 2nd Tuesday of the next month.

    I actually liked DOS. But it's a little hard to find modern apps for it.
