I have neuropathy - and I have itches on my back, which move around. The itch is real, but there is no bug, rash, spider. I could EASILY see someone thinking otherwise, it could be "explained" as bugs, or for me - tiny worms under the skin. Thank goodness I know it's "only" sick nerve endings.
This has been experienced thousands of times in places like Air Force training. They live and talk about passing out as either sudden or quite enjoyable. So yes it works fast and painless. HOWEVER you must still question WHY KILL?
There are many fast and painless methods, a slaughter house probably could give pointers - but people aren't food animals SO WHY KILL?
Ha! Its all about noise. I don't want half a truck driving by, overhead, 200 times an hour. If you go UP it is because a lot of air goes DOWN, noisily. Even with a perfect zero noise propeller, the sheer volume of air is going to mean a lot of noise, and good luck with that zero noise propeller. Till they perfect anti-gravity() VTOL will be too noisy for common commuter use from even neighborhood Vports. Yea, every 24 seconds, sure. NIMBY
EEG can really tell how alert you are - if you are starting to drift, so I think it is fine for drivers, pilots, dangerous machine operators etc. Fine and proven technology. Emotions? Not yet.

Less than the smallest atom, so, using STUFF how do you measure things smaller than, than, stuff? I presume it is an average of all atoms in the mirror, but still
If you could find the GPS and cell antennas you could cover them with tin foil. Wouldn't surprise me if the black box antenna locations are documented somewhere. Of course you could live like me "with nothing to hide" grrrrrr. If they rigged the car to malfunction after (30 days) of no-ping - remove the cover while near a dealership - that should update the car and send them a message. To even be talking about how to blind your car is insane & necessary.
