For about 110$ TOTAL, you can get an Odroid Xu4, Fan cooled, with a 4 Amp Power Supply, a 32GB eMMC Drive, and 2 SNES style controllers... This + Retroarch on Meveric's GameStation Turbo Image = up to 25,000 Total games that can be played... For anyone who owns a large Cartridge collection, you can build a multicart rom dumper from off the shelf stuff these days. The code is all over the web in multiple forms. I have been building my own Multi-system machines with Hyperspin, RocketLauncher, Retroarch, and Others for Years. Back in the day this was hard, now ANYONE can look up how to do it. These retro systems are a joke as far as the offering. When off the shelf hobby electronics can beat the pants off your offering, its time to "up your game" so to speak:-P
My setup builds with an RPI3 in a SNES or NES Styled 3D Printed Case (Multi Color), With 2 Controllers (Up to 8! with Bluetooth), a Power Supply, AND a 64GB MicroSD card for 76$ on Prime, Delivered... and can hold some 14,000 Games from Amiga and Atari, all the way to Dreamcast, N64, PSP, and Playstation1... Don't Most mobile browsers allow this now? I know of a LOT of pages with crappy mobile versions. Youtube being one of them. I just go into my page settings and select "Request Desktop Site" and TADA! All is well...

Figuring he was just hooking up another customer, we thought nothing of it and went about our surfing and Netflix... Then the internet cut out. By the time we made it to the street, all we saw was him pulling a fast U-turn and heading off at high speed. When we walked over to the pole, the lines had just been fresh cut. So we got permission from the city to install a steel conduit over them, 4 feet into the ground, and 20 feet in the air up the side of the pole. Interestingly enough, we had great service from Verizon after that!:-D

That Plasma Deposition and Laser Sintering hava BOTH been previously proven to produce parts up to 3x physically stronger then their standard manufacturing method counterparts, Can be made ALL ONE PIECE (even with some moving internal parts), and have so far been stress tested to provide up to 10x the standard service life of the same old-school manufactured part, This might be a bit of bureaucracy.... IMO There is "Testing" and there us using RED-TAPE to stifle innovation. Guess which one this is?
