  1. Thats why! on Russia Weighs Going Cyrillic For DNS · · Score: 1

Thats why I was getting too many hit to my .py site :)

    Greetings from .py

BTW, in .py you can not get a .py TLD without a .com.py, .org.py, etc
Also, it cost 40$ a domain name!

I just once commited the error of installing Fedora on a server, it was just after RH9 died.
I was buying RH9 for server but when I saw the 350$ price tag of RHEL, I turned to Centos.

I still recomends RHEL, but if RH has a 50-100$ server product, I will be still his happy customer. But right, I'm a Centos user.

I was researching captchas a few week ago before launching http://www.tinymailto.com/ , and found that the best free php captcha out there is http://www.captcha.ru/en/kcaptcha/

  7. For 3rd world countries, prices is all that matter on Piracy Killing PC Gaming? · · Score: 1

The problem with 3rd world countries and piracy is this:
    - the US/EU price is too high, sometimes as much as 50% of a month salary
    - is a small market, because there are too few PCs

So, piracy in 1st world countries should be the problem. In that case, I think the solution will be to sell the games at cheaper prices, like 20$ should be fine. But, paying 60US$ for a new game is too expensive.
