    Software which has slipped the scheduled release date more often and by a larger margin than Windows. IIRC, Microsoft hasn't released on OS on time in the last 10 years.

    (1) The recipient has not provided direct consent to receive advertisements from the advertiser.

    So, really all this law does is make it so that in order to get an account you will need to check a box that says you consent to recieve advertisements, otherwise: No GMail For YOU!

    What are you using as the search term? Shows up in the top 6 for me using the above search. Perhaps quoting your term to get it to search for the entire phrase is what was missing? When the terms arent quoted you are getting the default searching of with all of the words in any location on the page.

    Numbers cant be trademarked, so Intel was unable to trademark 386, 486, 586, etc. The company wanted a trademark name so they switched from numbers to names for their processors. Only Intel can sell you a "Pentium" or "Pentium Pro" processor. Other manufacturers have to name their chips something else.

    Google shouldn't be trying to find more content, they should be working on filtering out the mass of garbage sites that already exist.

    But wouldnt that narrow the total amount of content they index down to just a handful of sites?

    If you use IE and have Java enabled when you go to the Information Week link, it will start running the Red Sheriff java applet on your machine. Open up your java console after visiting to verify.

    As consumers, can we sue the record companies for false advertising? Since the copy protected CD's are not real CD's, would they not then be claiming the product to be something it is not?
